All of you by now know the President invoked the insurrection act. However, few really understand what that means. The following article should help.

This is a time of extraordinary stress for many Americans, but the stress is caused by lack of vital information – not by true facts on the ground in the historic conflict now underway. Most Americans are unaware that the U. S. military high command has been investigating a criminal insurrection aimed at subverting the November 3 federal elections. With that knowledge in hand, the outlook for Americans and the future of their constitutional republic is much improved, and potentially may become the best since its founding.

The Wounds Hurt, But …

Most Americans and many more worldwide remain disconsolate. Political wounds inflicted by fraudulent vote-counting practices in the November 3 presidential election and the January 5 Georgia run-off elections for U. S. Senate seats are still raw. More wounds were inflicted by Vice President Mike Pence. He failed to perform his constitutional duties to resolve vital issues raised by competing electors in multiple states where vote-counting fraud was rampant.

Then most recently we were shown the portrayed inauguration of Joe Biden as president. With major media insisting it is so, most observers including many Trump supporters assume (or fear) the Biden presidency is permanent and irreversible. Not so.

The Insurrection Act Is Invoked

The proper place to begin understanding where the nation and the presidency stands now is the Insurrection Act of 1807. That early statute authorized the president to call upon land and naval forces to defend against and to defeat any attempt to take control of federal, state or local government by unlawful means. In mid-2018, President Donald Trump signed an executive order to detect, protect against and prevent any attempt to subvert free and fair elections on November 3, 2020.

Provisions of the order included advance assignment of duties by intelligence agencies to investigate and protect against any foreign interference in the elections. The order included specified time schedule for precautions and surveillance to be in place, for investigations and reporting by federal intelligence agencies of any instances of unlawful conduct to the Director of National Intelligence. The DNI was directed to compile his summary report of findings and deliver it to the president.

Though delayed from the original schedule set by President Trump, the DNI report to the president determined that numerous unlawful actions – including interference and collusion by foreign governments in concert with American citizens – did, in fact, occur. In summary, the president was officially notified that identified foreign governments colluded with American actors to subvert and compromise the federal elections of November 3.

Based upon the DNI report and related intelligence, President Trump invoked the Insurrection Act placing authority and responsibility upon U. S. military commands to proceed with their statutory duties to defeat the insurrection and preserve constitutional government. Foreign governments reported to be involved with American nationals included United Kingdom, Canada, Germany, France, Italy, Vatican and China.

Troops Occupy Capital

This is the context within which a reported 25,000 National Guard troops were called to duty and deployed at stations within Washington, D.C., during the days leading to and including the widely broadcast swearing in of Joe Biden as president on January 20. The military deployment was ordered by the Pentagon, not by Congress, the Senate or the president.

This is the factual context within which armed military forces took up positions around the U. S. Capitol and the White House. The Pentagon is reported to have a corps of 800 high-ranking officers focused upon defeating the insurrection involving collusion with foreign governments described above. Those officers are taking the precautions necessary to protect the nation, preserve and defend the Constitution, and defeat the insurrection.

The Plan and The Delay

A source believed to be reliable ( at 5:00 et seq.) says Pentagon officials were prepared to arrest Joe Biden and numerous others on January 20 at the time of the scheduled inauguration, but were deterred from doing so by an undisclosed consideration (perhaps threatened use of a weapon of mass destruction).

Military officials reportedly sought guidance from President Trump regarding the threat and ultimately determined to defer arrests until the threat is fully debunked. Arrests have been deferred until the threat is dealt with, which may be within a matter of days, weeks or as long as about two months.

Likely Prospects

If these described circumstances of January 20 are true, almost certainly Biden will be treated by law as never having become president. Indeed, he is likely to be treated as one who has conspired and acted to seize the presidency by treasonous means.

   As others follow his direction, they too fall under a curse. Soon all is out of order and cursed and the weight of it is too much for the world I created. It begins to fall apart.

   As the world I created becomes more and more out of balance, man can no longer sustain himself in it. This is what you will see happening in this time. You will see the result of the weight of rebellion and sin on the natural balance of the world I created.

   There is nothing man can do to correct this balance now that it has been destroyed, for only I can restore the original design.

   Prepare yourselves, My children, to see the results of this terrible fall from balance into chaos for rebellion has tipped the scales.

 

We Became Socialist When?

Not long ago, New York magazine posed the question: “When Did Everyone Become a Socialist?”

To say “everyone” is a gross exaggeration. But it’s clear that socialism has made inroads in America, especially among the young.

A recent poll showed that 70% of Millennials are either somewhat likely or extremely likely to vote for candidates with socialist positions. We have seen some of this in recent elections.

Why is this?

For one thing, too many young Americans have not been taught what socialism really means or the dismal history of its failures wherever it has been tried.

For another, too many are no longer being taught about America’s great heritage of liberty and about the importance of the Constitution to freedom.

Many young people under 35 have not touched the "hot pot" and suffered the burns! In other words, they live in a culture where they believe their future will be much like it is today. Regarding Socialism (the lies), they think it will only make things better!

This is because of the “progressive” Left’s increasing success in hijacking American education at both the K-12 and college levels.

The New York Times’ “1619 Project” is a prime example of this. The mainstream media praised this effort to subvert the proper teaching of American history, and its lead essayist even won a Pulitzer Prize.

President Trump issued an Executive Order in September 2018 addressing foreign intervention in our elections. [who knew why then?] This order will soon be in the spotlight as more evidence comes out about foreign actors (like China) infiltrating the US through dirty politicians and especially the Bidens.

 

When President Trump on September 12, 2018 issued an Executive Order (EO) that covered foreign interference in the US election process. Breitbart reported on the EO when it came out:

 

“President Donald Trump on Wednesday signed an executive order that seeks to prevent and punish foreign interference in U.S. elections. The executive order, which would impose sanctions on individuals, entities, or countries, was announced by National Security Adviser John Bolton during a White House conference call.”

 

The Order begins by describing the actions of foreigners in our elections involved in undermining public confidence in the elections including accessing the election infrastructure or distributing propaganda.

 

Then the Order goes on to state the DNI (currently John Ratcliffe) is to create a report due 45 days after the election (which is December 18th) to address any Americans working with foreign entities or foreign entities messing with our elections. [Ratcliffe flew with Trump to the Army/Navy game]

 

The order includes strict penalties on those foreign entities or individuals who interfere in our elections, including the ability to take away property and interests from those entities or individuals in the US.

 

In recent days and weeks, we have heard of numerous instances here foreigners were or may have been interfering in US affairs and perhaps even our elections:

 

We have had numerous articles about Dominion, a Canadian Company, with operations overseas and the machines they produced for US elections.  Yesterday we even discovered that part of the hardware sold with the Dominion system, a connectivity device, allows remote access to the machines and is related to a French Company owned by a Chinese company.

We heard a Chinese national brag about China having people at higher up places in the US. There is video Deleted from Chinese Social Media of Professor Saying China “Has People at the Top of America’s Core Inner Circle of Power and Influence”

 

And now today, the US Senate released documents related to Hunter Biden and the Biden family’s conflicts of interest with China and the Bidens’ criminal, financial, counterintelligence and extortion concerns with the Ukraine and China:

 

The Senate report on Hunter Biden has just dropped. The damning report does not just “raise conflicts of interest concerns, they raise CRIMINAL, FINANCIAL, COUNTERINTELLIGENCE and EXTORTION concerns.”

 

Many people believe President Trump had knowledge that someone or some entity would interfere in our election. His Executive Order may have perilous consequences for many who played a part in this national crime against the U.S., including the Biden family and more!

 

Think about this. When the legislature leaves for the break on December 19^th. Every member loses their immunity.

Democrats today are the New Left that emerged after 1965

The political movement responsible for rejecting the Progressive understanding of “uplift” and preparing the transition to post-1960s politics was the New Left.

 

Following 1965, the dominant view of government holds that protecting the least advantaged is the primary purpose of government and using reallocation to that end.

 

New Left intellectuals believed that the new freedom brought about by the Progressives was not true freedom. The prevailing cultural norms were oppressive laws and morals.

 

According to New Left intellectuals like Paul Goodman and Norman O. Brown, sexual liberation

would usher in a new era of human happiness and well-being and bring about an end to threats like nuclear war. Earlier progressives like FDR and Wilson talked about “happiness” but did little to bring it about.

 

One of the New Left’s goals was to bring about a transformation of the moral life of the country through an attack on the traditional understanding of the family. The traditional family suppressed the natural human desires that result in true happiness e.g. Sexual Liberation versus monogamy.

 

At the heart of post-1965 politics is a conception of equality that emphasizes not only political equality, but also equality of self-esteem. Equality of opportunity was insufficient, therefore, government and to create a new “equality” that produced equal self-esteem.

 

Post-1965 immigration policy should privilege immigrants from non-European countries. Closed borders suppressed the Least Advantaged.

 

John Rawls’ “difference principle” asserts that inequality of wealth and privilege is justified if it serves the common good. That is reallocation to the least advantage was the justification.

 

Post-1965 foreign policy is primarily concerned with promoting democracy abroad than the protection of American citizens rather than. The opposite of what the Founders put into place.

 The American people rejected radical Socialism on Tuesday

While some House and Senate races are still being decided, it’s already clear there’s no mandate for the policies the far-left dreamed of passing in 2021. 

Democrats were banking on a “blue wave” that would give them a majority in the Senate and a larger majority in the House. It didn’t happen. This takes a lot of policies off the far-left wish list, from packing the Supreme Court, to passing the Green New Deal, to putting identity politics into federal law. While socialism is still rising on the left, it’s no closer to seizing the reins of power.

Still, there was one clear loser in last night’s election: identity politics.

Recall that the summer of 2020 was the summer of wokeness. Everyone was supposedly now consumed with the nation’s systemic racism. Everyone was a rioter. The only cause was anti-colonialism. Nothing else mattered. Right?

No? Most people ignored this narrative about American life.

And, in fact, it turns out that the very voters being targeted most heavily by this scare campaign about pervasive, ubiquitous white supremacism, specifically nonwhite voters, were not persuaded to support Democrats in larger numbers. Instead, those voters increased their support for Trump over 2016 levels. In fact, if he wins, he almost certainly owes his victory to gains among black and Hispanic voters.

This welcome news extended to the state level, too — we’ll see more of that in the coming days. In the meantime, the message from the American people is clear: we don’t want what the far-left is selling, which is why we didn’t buy it on Election Day.
