The Democrats' war on President Donald Trump is based on a very dangerous lie—that President Trump, the Republican Party, and conservatives are a fascist threat. Fascism is a way of ruling that advocates total control of the people. ... Fascism comes from the Latin fascio, meaning “bundle, or political group.” In fascism, the people are looked at as a bundle — one body that must be controlled by the government with absolute force if necessary. A republican form of government where people (the whole Nation) are many small bubbles that come together to make the whole. How then can Democrats label President Trump who is an avoid Conservative ( strong self-reliability, individual responsibility, small government and few regulations on the individual by government) to a Fascist?

How about Democrats using Nazi? We hear that enough! Nazi: a member of a German political party that controlled Germany from 1933 to 1945 under Adolf Hitler: an evil person who wanted to use power to control and harm other people especially because of their race, religion, etc. Prior to Nazism, Hitler was the head of the National Socialist German Workers' Party (NSDAP), the official shortened to the Nazi party. Trump!? A Socialist?

However, Trump is best described as a Nationalist. What is a nationalist leader?

Nationalist leaders lead the American Revolution and in the creation of the United States. The type of leader who leads or guides or inspires others. These Nationalist advocated the principles contained in the Declaration of Independence; national and individual independence and  a strong nation, self. Who are some self-identified Nationalist leaders?

What is one conclusion we can arrive at? Democrats and the Left Media want you to forget history and identify President Trump with the evil personification of Adolf Hitler and his outrageous beliefs and behavior!

In 1943 a mid-air collision on February 1, 1943, between a B-17 and a German fighter over the Tunis dock area, became the subject of one of the most famous photographs of WW II.

An enemy fighter attacking a 97th Bomb Group formation went out of control, probably with a wounded pilot, then continued its crashing descent into the rear of the fuselage of a Flying Fortress named "All American", piloted by Lt. Kendrick R. Bragg, of the 414th Bomb Squadron.

When it struck, the fighter broke apart, but left some pieces inside the B-17. 

The left horizontal stabilizer of the Fortress and left elevator were completely torn away. The two right engines were out and one on the left had a serious oil pump leak.

The vertical fin and the rudder had been damaged, the fuselage had been cut almost completely through, connected only at two small parts of the frame, and the radios, electrical and oxygen systems were damaged.

There was also a hole in the top that was over 16-feet long and 4 feet wide at its widest; the split in the fuselage went all the way to the top gunner's turret.

Although the tail actually bounced and swayed in the wind and twisted when the plane turned and all the control cables were severed, except one single elevator cable still worked, the aircraft miraculously still flew!

The tail gunner was trapped because there was no floor connecting the tail to the rest of the plane. The waist and tail gunners used parts of the German fighter and their own parachute harnesses in an attempt to keep the tail from ripping off and the two sides of the fuselage from splitting apart.

While the crew was trying to keep the bomber from coming apart, the pilot continued on his bomb run and released his bombs over the target. 

 When the bomb bay doors were opened, the wind turbulence was so great that it blew one of the waist gunners into the broken tail section. It took several minutes and four crew members to pass him ropes from parachutes and haul him back into the forward part of the plane.

When they tried to do the same for the tail gunner, the tail began flapping so hard that it began to break off. The weight of the gunner was adding some stability to the tail section, so he went back to his position.

The turn back toward England had to be very slow to keep the tail from twisting off. They actually covered almost 70 miles to make the turn home.

The bomber was so badly damaged that it was losing altitude and speed and was soon alone in the sky. 

For a brief time, two more Me-109 German fighters attacked the All American.  Despite the extensive damage, all of the machine gunners were able to respond to these attacks and soon drove off the fighters. The two waist gunners stood up with their heads sticking out through the hole in the top of the fuselage to aim and fire their machine guns. The tail gunner had to shoot in short bursts because the recoil was actually causing the plane to turn.

 

 

Allied P-51 fighters intercepted the All American as it crossed over the Channel and took one of the pictures shown. They also radioed to the base describing that the appendage was waving like a fish tail and that the plane would not make it and to send out boats to rescue the crew when they bailed out. The fighters stayed with the Fortress, taking hand signals from Lt. Bragg and relaying them to the base. Lt. Bragg signaled that 5 parachutes and the spare had been "used" so five of the crew could not bail out.  He made the decision that if they could not bail out safely, then he would stay with the plane to land it. 

 

 Two and a half hours after being hit, the aircraft made its final turn to line up with the runway while it was still over 40 miles away. It descended into an emergency landing and a normal roll-out on its landing gear.

 

When the ambulance pulled alongside, it was waved off because not a single member of the crew had been injured. 

No one could believe that the aircraft could still fly in such a condition. 

The Fortress sat placidly until the crew all exited through the door in the fuselage and the tail gunner had climbed down a ladder, at which time the entire rear section of the aircraft collapsed.

 This old bird had done its job and brought the entire crew home uninjured.

We recently marked the 75th anniversary of Kristallnacht, or the Night of the Broken Glass, the Nazi pogrom against Germany’s Jews on Nov. 9-10, 1938. Historians have documented most everything about it except what made it so easy to attack the defenseless Jews without fear of resistance. Their guns were registered and thus easily confiscated.

To illustrate, turn the clock back further and focus on just one victim, a renowned German athlete. Alfred Flatow won first place in gymnastics at the 1896 Olympics. In 1932, he dutifully registered three handguns, as required by a decree of the liberal Weimar Republic. The decree also provided that in times of unrest, the guns could be confiscated. The government gullibly neglected to consider that only law-abiding citizens would register, while political extremists and criminals would not. However, it did warn that the gun-registration records must be carefully stored so they would not fall into the hands of extremists.

 The ultimate extremist group led by Adolf Hitler seized power just a year later in 1933. The Nazis immediately used the firearms-registration records to identify, disarm and attack “enemies of the state,” a euphemism for Social Democrats and other political opponents of all types. Police conducted search-and-seizure operations for guns and “subversive” literature in Jewish communities and working-class neighborhoods.

Jews were increasingly deprived of more and more rights of citizenship in the coming years. The Gestapo cautioned the police that it would endanger public safety to issue gun permits to Jews. Hitler faked a show of tolerance for the 1936 Olympics in Berlin, but Flatow refused to attend the reunion there of former champions. He was Jewish and would not endorse the farce.

By fall of 1938, the Nazis were ratcheting up measures to expropriate the assets of Jews. To ensure that they had no means of resistance, the Jews were ordered to surrender their firearms.

Flatow walked into a Berlin police station to comply with the command and was arrested on the spot, as were other Jews standing in line. The arrest report confirmed that his pistols were duly registered, which was obviously how the police knew he had them. While no law prohibited a Jew from owning guns, the report recited the Nazi mantra: “Jews in possession of weapons are a danger to the German people.” Despite his compliance, Flatow was turned over to the Gestapo.

This scenario took place all over Germany — firearms were confiscated from all Jews registered as gun owners. As this was occurring, a wholly irrelevant event provided just the excuse needed to launch a violent attack on the Jewish community: A Polish teenager who was Jewish shot a German diplomat in Paris. The stage was set to instigate Kristallnacht, a carefully orchestrated Nazi onslaught against the entire Jewish community in Germany that horrified the world and even the German public.

Under the pretense of searching for weapons, Jewish homes were vandalized, businesses ransacked and synagogues burned. Jews were terrorized, beaten and killed. Orders were sent to shoot anyone who resisted.

Today, gun control, registration and prohibition are depicted as benign and progressive. Government should register gun owners and ban any guns it wishes, Americans are told, because government is inherently good and trustworthy. The experiences of Hitler’s Germany and, for that matter, Stalin’s Russia and Pol Pot’s Cambodia, are beneath the realm of possibility in exceptional America. Let’s hope so.

Still, be careful what you wish for.

Happenstance has brought me today to a house on the Austria-Germany border, just south of Salzburg. That puts me about 3 miles from the German town of Berchtesgaden, on the German side of the border. Adolf Hitler's home, the Berghof, was just outside the town, on a mountain in the Bavarian Alps. To the extent that Hitler had a home, this was it, and it was the place where Hitler met with many notables, particularly before the war began.

As it happens, today is the 76th anniversary of the start of World War II in Europe. It is always a strange feeling to be here. There is a sense of history present here, but it is mostly a sense of the mind, since Berchtesgaden is an attractive but ordinary place. It always feels as if towns like this should have a patina of extraordinariness sticking to everything. But that isn't how history works. There is a patina of mind, but not of place. On Sept. 1 of any year since 1939, and at a place like this, there is a sense of urgency to extract the real meaning of the man who lived in a house on the mountain I am looking at.

After 76 years, it seems appropriate to try to figure out what Hitler and the war he initiated genuinely changed in the world. This is not an easy question, because to arrive at an answer I had to dismiss from my mind the many acts of gratuitous evil that he committed. It is hard to dismiss those, but in a sense they left little legacy to the world except for the realization that civilization is a thin layer over humanity's beastly savagery. But truly, we didn't have to have Hitler to learn that. We humans have always sensed what is beneath our surface.

The question is how the world changed as a result of Hitler's decision to invade Poland.

The Price for Europe

The first outcome, obviously, was that he destroyed Europe's hegemony over much of the world and its influence over the rest. Within 15 years of the end of the war, Britain, France, Belgium and the Netherlands lost their empires. A handful of European nations had dominated the world. By the end of the war they had lost the will, the energy and the wealth to maintain their power. After half-hearted and doomed attempts to resist, these countries willingly participated in the dismantling of what they had once thought of as their birthright.

This changed the shape of the world, of course, but the change was less the result of the world's resistance to Europe than a result of Europe's exhaustion. After the war, Europe faced the task of rebuilding buildings. The ambition to rule had been exhausted. However flawed or wicked that ambition might have been, there is still something sad in the loss of all ambition, beyond the desire for comfort. The will to dominate, seen in its most extreme form in Hitler's appetites, chills the blood. The loss of any transcendent ambition merely cools it. Europe has lost its recklessness, which is on the whole good. Yet it has gained an excessive caution that makes it difficult for Europe to make up its mind over matters small and large. 

The world is certainly a better place without Hitler's reckless imprudence. It is probably a better place without British or French imperialism, although when we look at what they left behind, we wonder if the wreckage of empire is worth the wreckage of the post-imperial world, whoever we blame for that wreckage.

Hitler clearly didn't want this outcome. I think he was sincere when he said that he would leave the British Empire intact, along with its navy, if the United Kingdom accepted German domination of the European mainland. He wanted peace with the British so he could crush the Soviets. But the British as a nation could accept that deal only if they trusted Hitler's promise. However sincere he was in 1940, Britain couldn't bet on the endurance of his word. As a result, Hitler in due course committed suicide in Berlin, and Britain presided over the dissolution of its own empire — the only thing that would have disgusted both Churchill and Hitler. Churchill's imperialism and Hitler's racism met on that point.

There was another thing Hitler cost Europe: the metaphysical sensibility. It is startling, the extent to which Christian Europe has abandoned Christianity for secularism. Consider this map:

The decline of church attendance is the outer husk of a European sensibility that, at the highest levels of thought, contemplated the deeper meanings of things. It was not Hitler who destroyed the European metaphysical sensibility. In many ways it destroyed itself from the inside, with a radical skepticism derived from the Enlightenment that turned on itself. But Hitler provided a coup de grace to that sensibility by appropriating figures like Friedrich Nietzsche and Richard Wagner to his own political ends, thereby delegitimizing not only them but also the tradition from which they emerged. Hitler, in his own strange wanderings in the depths, made such wanderings no longer respectable, and indeed, suspect. There is a saying I once heard: "German philosophers go down deeper, stay down longer and come up dirtier than any others." I don't know about philosophers, but Hitler, the would-be philosopher, certainly did, and it cost Europe the jewel of its intellectual heritage.

It is said that Napoleon called the English a nation of shopkeepers. He obviously meant that as an insult, seeing shopkeepers as people of limited imagination, ambition and wit. There is some truth to the saying about the English, although George Orwell was enraged at the trivialization of their achievements. To the extent to which the English were suspicious of the wholesomeness and usefulness of French and particularly German philosophy, Napoleon was right. But if he was, then Hitler achieved something extraordinary: He made all of Europe into nations of shopkeepers.

After the war, the obsession of Europeans was to live. Then it was to make a living. Napoleon's insult was that there was more to life than simply making a living. What Hitler achieved was what he would have been appalled by: shopkeepers ruling Europe. But Europe is obsessed with making a living and suspicious of profound thinking. It has seen where that got it and it doesn't intend to go there again. The best minds get MBAs. The broad public sleeps late on Sunday. The train wreck that Hitler made of Europe created a secularism not only in relation to Christianity, but in all attempts to recreate the depth of European culture.

The Power of the United States

Of course in all of this, perhaps the most important thing that Hitler did was unleash the United States, a country where earning a living is the definition of life. Hitler believed that his defeat meant the triumph of Bolshevism. It really meant the triumph of the United States and its culture, which it distributed in Western Europe through occupation and in the Soviet bloc through imitation.

The United States redefined European culture. As I have written in Flashpoints: The Emerging Crisis in Europe, it was not Coca-Cola but the computer that was the carrier of American culture. The computer had nothing to do with metaphysics or with the true or beautiful. It had to do with the narrowest form of instrumental reason: It simply got things done, and in doing so, it justified its existence. The computer dominated the world — and Europe — and with it came a mode of thinking, contained in programming, that was so radically different from what European culture consisted of as to almost be from another planet. Of course, Europeans helped found the culture, but they bequeathed it to their heir, the United States. Paradoxically, the United States remains the most religious of countries, with church attendance at its height. Religiosity and instrumental reason are compatible in the United States — a point to ponder.

Hitler respected Josef Stalin. He understood the radical ideologue who was ready to kill. He had little respect for the United States. He understood Stalin, but he couldn't fathom Roosevelt. But as I sit here looking toward Berchtesgaden, I must recall that it was the 7th Infantry Regiment of the Third Division, U.S. Army, that captured the town and Hitler's home. The Americans occupied the area until 1995, using it for military purposes. This was the most important thing Hitler achieved, and the last thing he expected. Hitler drew the Americans into the heart of Europe and left the Europeans completely vulnerable to the emerging, and quite strange, modes of thought that a nation that holds shopkeepers in great regard can produce. Hitler destroyed the dams that Europe had built around itself. He crippled all of Europe, including the Soviet Union. He could not imagine the need to cripple the Americans, nor could he have had realized the need. And therefore, in the end, they rebuilt Berchtesgaden and I am sitting here looking at it.

Hitler will be remembered not only for great evil but also — and more important, in many ways — for the manner in which almost all of the consequences of his war were unexpected.

"But the debate is settled. Climate change is a fact,” said President Barack Obama in his 2014 State of the Union address. Saying the debate is settled is nonsense, but the president is right about climate change.

GlobalChange.gov gives the definition of climate change: “Changes in average weather conditions that persist over multiple decades or longer. Climate change encompasses both increases and decreases in temperature, as well as shifts in precipitation, changing risk of certain types of severe weather events, and changes to other features of the climate system.” That definition covers all weather phenomena throughout all 4.54 billion years of Earth’s existence.

You say, “Williams, that’s not what the warmers are talking about. It’s the high CO2 levels caused by mankind’s industrial activities that are causing the climate change!” There’s a problem with that reasoning. Today CO2 concentrations worldwide average about 380 parts per million. This level of CO2 concentration is trivial compared with the concentrations during earlier geologic periods. For example, 460 million years ago, during the Ordovician Period, CO2 concentrations were 4,400 ppm, and temperatures then were about the same as they are today. With such high levels of CO2, at least according to the warmers, the Earth should have been boiling.

Then there are warmer predictions. In the wake of Hurricane Katrina, warmers, such as the Union of Concerned Scientists, made all manner of doomsday predictions about global warming and the increased frequency of hurricanes. According to the Committee for a Constructive Tomorrow, “no Category 3-5 hurricane has struck the United States for a record nine years, and Earth’s temperature has not budged for 18 years.”

Climate change predictions have been wrong for decades.

Let’s look at some. At the first Earth Day celebration, in 1969, environmentalist Nigel Calder warned, “The threat of a new ice age must now stand alongside nuclear war as a likely source of wholesale death and misery for mankind.” C.C. Wallen of the World Meteorological Organization said, “The cooling since 1940 has been large enough and consistent enough that it will not soon be reversed.” In 1968, Professor Paul Ehrlich predicted that there would be a major food shortage in the U.S. and that “in the 1970s and 1980s hundreds of millions of people (would) starve to death.” Ehrlich forecasted that 65 million Americans would die of starvation between 1980 and 1989 and that by 1999, the U.S. population would have declined to 22.6 million. Ehrlich’s predictions about England were gloomier. He said, “If I were a gambler, I would take even money that England will not exist in the year 2000.”

In 1970, Harvard University biologist George Wald predicted, “Civilization will end within 15 or 30 years unless immediate action is taken against problems facing mankind.” Sen. Gaylord Nelson, in Look magazine in April 1970, said that by 1995, “somewhere between 75 and 85 percent of all the species of living animals (would) be extinct.”

Climate change propaganda is simply a ruse for a socialist agenda.

Consider the statements of some environmentalist leaders. Christiana Figueres, the U.N.’s chief climate change official, said that her unelected bureaucrats are undertaking “probably the most difficult task” they have ever given themselves, “which is to intentionally transform the (global) economic development model.” In 2010, German economist and Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change official Ottmar Edenhofer said, “One must say clearly that we redistribute de facto the world’s wealth by climate policy.” The article in which that interview appeared summarized Edenhofer’s views this way: “Climate policy has almost nothing to do anymore with environmental protection. ... The next world climate summit in Cancun is actually an economy summit during which the distribution of the world’s resources will be negotiated.”

The most disgusting aspect of the climate change debate is the statements by many that it’s settled science. There is nothing more antiscientific than the idea that any science is settled. Very often we find that the half-life of many scientific ideas is about 50 years. For academics to not criticize their colleagues and politicians for suggesting that scientific ideas are not subject to challenge is the height of academic dishonesty.

Now is our time to have faith, to train our children to live by faith and to elect leaders who will trust God

The Faith That Wins!

Europe is entangled in a war to the death against a relentless enemy out to destroy its precious Christian heritage and bury its liberty. Radical Islam is on the march, manned by tens of millions of immigrants with multiple wives and a massive birthrate. At the same time, most native Europeans have left the Christian faith and fewer and fewer are marrying or having children. The future seems bleak.

What are the known weapons against such a foe? One is the free press which can expose the enemies of liberty. Another is the use of intelligence to rat out terror cells before they act. And when all else fails, there is always the reversion to mass warfare using superior weaponry to kill millions and hopefully break the will of the enemy.

However, these weapons are not sufficient to hold back the tide of Jihad which has been at war with Christianity since the seventh century. There is only one weapon that can defeat the forces of a pagan ideology, whether Nazism, Communism or radical Islam. That weapon is biblical faith. The writer of Hebrews defines this weapon in Hebrews 11. “Faith is the assurance of things hoped for and the conviction of things not seen.”

Chapter 11 goes on to detail how this weapon was used by great heroes who by faith, “subdued kingdoms, brought justice, obtained promises, stopped the mouths of lions, quenched the violence of fire, escaped the edge of the sword, out of weakness became strong, became valiant in battle, turned to flight the armies of the aliens.” Now that is a powerful weapon. The examples below of three European Christians in the 20th century illustrate the power of the weapon of faith. These men arose at times of great crisis in Europe.

Eric Liddell in the 1920s; Winston Churchill in the 1940s; and Christian Fuhrer in the 1980s. Eric Liddell was an obscure seminary student in Edinburgh, Scotland. But in 1924 Eric rose to fame at the Olympic Games in France. He was considered the fastest runner in the world. But because of his principled commitment to keep the Sabbath, Eric would not compete in his race, the 100 meters which was held on a Sunday. As an afterthought he was placed in the 200 meter race later that week. He beat the world’s best athletes against all odds. He became a national hero in Britain and was offered royal titles and the golden key to success when he returned from France.

But Eric had a larger vision. His faith called him to give his life to the mission field of the forgotten masses of souls in China. So in 1925 he left for China and served there with his father and family, never to return to his homeland. When WWII broke out Eric was warned to leave China as it was being overrun by the Japanese. He sent his family home but felt he must stay with his Chinese friends and was thrown into a prison camp. Winston Churchill and the English offered a huge ransom to get Eric Liddell out of the camp. But as the train arrived to pick him up, he placed a pregnant Chinese woman in his seat. He died of disease in the camp, just 3 months before the end of the war.

How does Eric Liddell’s story illustrate the power of faith? When Eric died there were fewer than 5 million Christians in China. But the Chinese believers were inspired by Eric’s faith and other pioneers of the truth. Eric’s faith and sacrifice ignited the torch of faith in millions. Today the number of Christian believers in China is approaching 200,000,000 and China is expected to become the largest Christian nation in the world in our lifetime. The “Back to Jerusalem Movement” in China is training hundreds of thousands of Chinese believers to take the loving gospel of Christ through the Muslim lands of Asia through Pakistan and Iran and on to Jerusalem.

Eric’s faith saw beyond the moment all the way to our century.

In the 1940s, another crisis of faith in Europe was solved by a man of faith. Europe was paralyzed with fear of the Nazi juggernaut. They had just come through WWI which had killed an entire generation of their men. Now they faced Adolf Hitler. Most people in Europe and America were cowering before the Nazi war machine. Millions of the French flocked to the cabarets, drinking their fears away. The English also were living in a dream world of “peace”. Their prime minister, Neville Chamberlain, even signed a “peace in our time” treaty with Hitler just a few months before the Germans started WWII.

It took the Germans only weeks to destroy the French army and trap the English army, 400,000 men, on the coast of Belgium at Dunkirk. During this crisis, with the eminent fall of England and all of Europe at hand, the English called up an old, Christian warrior, Winston Churchill, to be their Prime Minister. Churchill and King George VI called the people of England back to God in a day of repentance and prayer on May 26, 1940.

As the leaders and millions of English met and wept in faith that day, God answered their prayers. Through the miracle at Dunkirk 600 little boats ferried 330,000 soldiers back to Britain right under the direct fire of Hitler’s tanks and air force. God had turned the treacherous English Channel into a sea of glass and covered the sea with a blanket of fog, blinding the German planes.

However, within weeks the entire continent fell to the Nazis. England faced a summer of massive bombing attacks by the Germans called the Blitz, in which almost 50,000 people perished. How could a 66 year-old political has-been turn the tide of tyranny against the greatest army in history? Churchill almost single handedly lifted a nation and the entire free world from hopelessness and fear through his example of faith and his powerful words.

That first summer when Germany’s eminent invasion of England was looming, Churchill lifted the bar above politics to the real spiritual struggle between paganism and Christianity.

He said. “I expect the Battle of Britain is about to begin. Upon this battle depends the survival of Christian civilization.” In another speech before Parliament, Churchill refused to listen to the voices of surrender. He said, “You ask, what our aim is? I can answer in one word, Victory – victory at all costs, victory in spite of all terror, victory, however long and hard the road may be; for without victory there is no survival.”

The premiere weapon that defeated the Axis powers in WWII was not the bomb or America’s manufacturing of war material. It was faith. And, the spark that ignited that faith was Winston Churchill. He is considered by most historians to be the man of the century. Faith overcomes terror.

In the 1980’s Europe lay divided and on the verge of nuclear holocaust at the hands of the USSR. The Russians had divided Germany with a wall of death since 1960. Into this crisis of civilization stepped an unsung hero. His faith, and that of the East German Christians became the driving force behind the fall of the Berlin Wall on November 9, 1989. His name was Christian Fuhrer, a Lutheran pastor at the Cathedral in Leipzig, East Germany. Christian began the prayer movement in East Germany in 1982. His people gathered to pray for peace and freedom every Monday night at the Cathedral. He and the people were persecuted, beaten and threatened by the Communist government.

But the pastor continued and on October 9, 1989, one month before the unexpected fall of the Berlin wall and the collapse of East Germany, he led a prayer march through Leipzig and confronted the troops and tanks of the government with a hundred thousand people praying and carrying candles of peace. The government troop refused the order to fire on their fellow citizens and dropped their weapons and joined the rally. Simultaneously that night other East German cities held massive prayer rallies. This show of spiritual courage broke the back of Honacker’s tyranny and led to the fall of the Wall on November 9, exactly one month later.

I privately met with pastor Fuhrer in Leipzig at his Cathedral in 2001. What a man of faith and courage! Last year, on June 30, 2014, just as all Germans were beginning the 25th Anniversary celebration of their freedom, Christian Fuhrer went to be with His Savior. He was the man who by faith had inspired an entire nation to stand against atheistic Communism.

The message here for our time is that enemies against God’s plan of redemption for His world are always on the prowl. But God has His “Ambassadors of Faith.” They see beyond the fear of death brought on by bullies of the evil one. The Nazis failed, the USSR failed and the Muslim extremists will fail to extinguish the light.

Now is our time to have faith, to train our children to live by faith and to elect leaders who will trust God to see into the future and as Churchill said, lead us to our “Finest hour.”

There is a disease debilitating this country referred to as LIBERALISM, and it shares the same basic delusional tenets of Progressivism, Socialism, Marxism and Communism. The most common and obvious symptoms of this disease is the overwhelming need of the infected individual to constantly exhibit an unbridled penchant to champion one ludicrous cause after the next with complete indifference and disregard to the consequences of those causes!

It is relatively simple to diagnose.

When an individual begins to babble on incoherently, spewing delusional drivel regarding the need for egalitarianism, or the need to deprive everyone of Rights to which they object, or the need to make someone else’s life as miserable as their own, or the need to redistribute the income of American’s who actually work for a living, or the wonders of the Tyranny of Collectivism and a Marxist Socialist Dystopia, or they begin to banter about virulent terms like racist, bigot, homophobe, misogynist, sexist, xenophobe, natavist and white privilege or “George Bush” you can be assured that individual has contracted LIBERALISM!

Other symptoms or side effects that have been detected with those who have had prolonged exposure to the disease of Liberalism is that they develop an uncanny need to lie, to distort the facts, to distort the truth, to rely upon abstract logic and to orchestrate and foment political hysteria and chaos at every opportunity for which they can take advantage!

Fortunately, this disease is not contagious to AMERICAN’S and only affects useless, mindless, weak willed, spineless, mediocre, freeloading reprobates, ingrates and degenerates like Michael Moore looking for someone else to blame for the complete failure of their delusional sociopolitical ideologies and their miserable lives!

Collective Stupidity and Lunacy are the inevitable consequence of Liberalism; unfortunately, the only remedy for this malady requires the infected individual to acquire logic, reason and common sense which precludes any possible cure for those who have already contracted the disease of Liberalism!

The differences between those of us AMERICAN’S who believe in Individual Responsibility, Freedom, Liberty and the Unalienable Rights of each and every Sovereign American and those Liberal Lunatics, Delusional Democrats and Progressive Communists that believe in the Tyranny of the Collective are irreconcilable.

Sooner or later those irreconcilable ideologies will culminate in a Civil Conflict like we have seen around the country including Ferguson. Missouri.

JewishWorldReview.com | Given how much evil there is in the world; given how many signs of moral, intellectual and economic decline there are here in America; and given the increasing irrelevance of America to world events, it is fair to ask why the American Left is preoccupied with the name Washington "Redskins."

The Washington Redskins have been in existence for 82 years. For about 80 of those years, virtually no one, including the vast majority of American Indians, was troubled by the name.
Yet, it is now of such importance to the American left that the majority leader of the United States Senate has repeatedly demanded, from the floor of the United States Senate, that the team drop its name; 50 United States senators, all of them Democrats, have signed an open letter demanding the same; Sports Illustrated's Peter King no longer uses the name; other leading sportswriters have adopted the same practice; and the president of the United States has weighed in on the issue.

The pressure is relentless. There is more concern in the pages of the Washington Post and the New York Times — not to mention the rest of the left — with the Redskins than with Internal Revenue Service targeting conservative groups for investigation, one of its division heads pleading the Fifth Amendment before Congress, and the Agency's losing all relevant emails and hard drives. 

The angry will tell you that the name "Redskins" is profoundly offensive to American Indians and that they — the angry — are simply more sensitive to racial slurs than others.
This explanation is self-serving, but insufficient. 

The great majority of American Indians understandably just don't care. Like heterosexual AIDS and so many other crises, this has been entirely manufactured by the left.
Since 1947, there has been a movie theater, the Redskins Theatre (with the same logo as the football team), in Anadarko, Oklahoma, a city whose population is divided evenly between Indians and whites, and which calls itself the "Indian Capital of the Nation." Why, in 67 years, have the Indian populations of Anadarko and Oklahoma not changed this theater's name?

Because the left hadn't made it an issue. It's not an Indian issue; it's a left-wing issue.
And why is the left so preoccupied?

It isn't because they are more morally sensitive to injustice. That is what the left believes about itself. But there are other reasons for the manufactured hysteria about the Redskins name.
Here are some:
First, there is a rule in life: Those who do not confront the greatest evils will confront much lesser evils or simply manufacture alleged evils that they then confront.
This has been a dominant characteristic of the Left for at least half a century.
The greatest evils since World War II have been Communism and, since the demise of Communism in the Soviet Union and most other Communist countries, violent Islam — or, as it often called, Islamism. Islamism is the belief that Sharia (Islamic law) must be imposed wherever possible on a society, beginning, of course, with Muslim-majority countries. These Islamists are, as the British historian Andrew Roberts has noted, the fourth incarnation of fascism — first there was fascism, then Nazism, then communism, and now Islamism.

For many years, most of the Western left was supportive of communism, and after the 1960s, it was simply hostile to anti-communists. The left was far more concerned with attacking America than with attacking the Soviet Union. So, too, today, the left is far more concerned with attacking America — its alleged racism, sexism, homophobia, Islamophobia and economic inequality — than with fighting Islamism. 

Second, the corollary to the above is that those who do not fight the greatest evils invariably loathe those who do. The left hated American anti-communists much more than it hated communists. The left today hates traditional America much more than it hates traditional Islamists. The Redskins name is a symbol of that hated America.
Third, the left has huge nostalgia for the sixties. In the left's eyes, virtually every one of its causes is as morally urgent as the civil rights battles on behalf of blacks (for which it falsely claims exclusive credit). Therefore getting the Redskins to change their name is a contemporary expression of working to give blacks full voting rights.

Fourth, aside from tearing down another American tradition, and showing how awful America was and remains, the motivating issue here is left-wing self-esteem. Remember it was the left that developed the self-esteem movement. And nobody feels as good about themselves as the left does when it finds another American moral flaw, especially when that flaw is another example of "intolerance," and racism.

Fifth, and finally, the left is totalitarian at heart. Whenever possible, they seek control of others; and they love to throw their considerable weight around. The left-wing president does it so often that the Supreme Court has unanimously shot down his attempts on a dozen occasions. The St. Louis Post-Dispatch, under huge pressure from leftists, just dropped conservative Pulitzer-Prize winning columnist George Will. Under pressure from left-wing professors and students, Brandeis and other universities dropped the few conservative speakers they had invited to this year's commencement exercises. Forcing the Redskins to do their will is just the left's latest attempt to force its views on the vast majority of its fellow citizens. That's why it's worth fighting for the Redskins. Today it's the Redskins, tomorrow it's you.
