Former SEALS Rip Obama: Attacks A Global
Catastrophe, Not Bumps In The Road by Tim Brown
Barack Obama is
coming under a massive assault from former Navy SEALS in regards to his recent
statements about the turmoil, attacks, and deaths in the Middle East, including
the deaths of two former Nayy SEALS, as “bumps in the road.” Tyrone S. Woods and Glen A. Doherty, both
retired Navy SEALS with distinguished careers,
were two of those among the dead when the U.S. consulate was attacked on
September 11, 2012. Both men were providing security to Ambassador Chris
Stevens, who was also killed in the attacks, via the private
security firm they worked for. Former SEAL and current Montana State
Senator Ryan Zinke issued the following statement as His super PAC website, Special
Operations for America (SOFA): "The President refuses to admit that
his policy of appeasement and apology has failed. The murder of our Ambassador
and two former Navy SEALs is more than a “bump in the road,” it is a global
catastrophe where America is seen as being weak and vulnerable by our enemies.
This President has failed to establish a red line for Iran’s nuclear ambitions
and has failed to recognize the scale and implications of the attacks against
us. Reagan had it right: don’t negotiate with terrorists and recognize the
clear and present danger of not being willing to act or lead from the
front."

85%
of Americans Reject Darwinism by Gary North
The Darwinists have failed in the
United States. They have controlled the colleges since at
least 1885. They have controlled the
public schools, K-12, since at least 1925. What has it gotten them? Not
much. Around 85% of Americans reject Darwinism, according to a Gallup poll. The
poll’s summary: Forty-six percent of Americans believe in the creationist view
that God created humans in their present form at one time within the last
10,000 years. The prevalence of this
creationist view of the origin of humans is essentially unchanged from 30 years
ago, when Gallup first asked the question. About a third of Americans
believe that humans evolved, but with God’s guidance; 15% say humans evolved,
but that God had no part in the process.

60%
of Americans Don’t Trust the Mainstream Media Written
by Gary North
What’s
that? You say you don’t trust the mainstream media? You are not alone. A Gallup
poll reveals that 60% of Americans say they don’t trust the MSM. This
percentage is rising. Prior to 2004, Americans were more trusting of the MSM than
now. Before 2004 in presidential election years, trust was higher. In the
1970s, it was 72%. The decline this year is heaviest in Republican circles.
Only 26% trust the MSM. Among independents, it is not much higher: 31%. But
Republicans were equally distrustful in 2008. The big decline has come among
independents. In September 2008, 43% of Americans said they were paying
attention to national politics. Today, it is 39%.

O'Reilly:
Mitt Romney will win the election -- here's why
This
is my firm and final theory then -- it is also my first incidentally -- on why
I think Mitt Romney will be the next president of the United States:
Romney
will win because Barack Obama has not done a good enough job. That's it. Call
it the Obama-Occam's Razor Theory if you want to dress it up -- the simplest
explanation is usually the right one -- or the Homer Simpson "D'oh!"
Theory, which I much prefer. But either way, the result on Nov. 6 should be
predictable. Most Americans think the
country is in trouble and headed more deeply into it rather than out of it, so
come Election Day they will replace the current White House occupant with the
well-qualified challenger. Clint Eastwood said this best at the Republican
National Convention in Tampa (when he wasn't talking to the chair):
"Politicians are employees of ours," the "Unforgiven" actor
and director said. "And when somebody does not do the job, we got to let
'em go."

No
people will tamely surrender their liberties, nor can any be easily subdued,
when knowledge is diffusd and virtue is preserved. On the contrary, when people

Egyptian
President Advocates Limiting US Freedom of Speech
If it wasn’t enough that Barack Obama
has not been going after the First Amendment enough at the United Nations
yesterday, Egyptian President and Muslim Brotherhood member Mohammed Morsi
spoke in New York to lecture the United States on Freedom of Speech and guess
which side he comes down on. That’s right, he wants to limit it too.
Morsi told the New York Times that his government would become more independent
from the US. Good. That should mean we should stop sending them any foreign aid
with our tax dollars. In fact, we should stop regardless of their independence.
“Successive American administrations essentially purchased with American
taxpayer money the dislike, if not the hatred, of the peoples of the region,”
he told the paper in the interview published late Saturday, drawing a clear
distinction between the American government and the American people. Those
administrations “have taken a very clear biased approach against something that
(has) very strong emotional ties to the people of the region that is the issue
of Palestine.” For those of you that still think the U.N. is in this country's best
interest, this should stop you in your tracks!

Cover
Up: U.S. Knew Al-Qaeda Behind Libya Attack Within 24 Hours
What we have here is nothing more than
a scandalous White House cover up and Obama’s Media Palace Guards so terrified
of Obama losing, they refuse to give it the coverage it demands, the attention
it deserves, or to make Obama pay a political price for his role and
responsibility. According to Eli Lake, 24 hours after
the assassination of Libyan Ambassador Chris Stevens, and a four full days
before Obama sent UN Ambassador Susan Rice out to all the Sunday shows to blame
what happened on a protest gone bad over a YouTube video, the American
government had already concluded al-Qaeda was behind the attack: Within 24
hours of the 9-11 anniversary attack on the United States consulate in
Benghazi, U.S. intelligence agencies had strong indications al Qaeda–affiliated
operatives were behind the attack, and had even pinpointed the location of one
of those attackers. Three separate U.S. intelligence officials who said the
early information was enough to show that the attack was planned and the work
of al Qaeda affiliates operating in Eastern Libya. … The intelligence officials
who spoke did so anonymously because they weren’t authorized to speak to the
press. They said U.S. intelligence agencies developed leads on four of the
participants of the attacks within 24 hours of the fire fight that took place
mainly at an annex near the Benghazi consulate. For one of those individuals,
the U.S. agencies were able to find his location after his use of social media.
“We had two kinds of intelligence on one guy,” this official said. “We believe
we had enough to target him.

Santelli on GDP Numbers: 'Depressingly Weak' By DANIEL HALPER
New
durable goods orders in August fell by the most since the recession and a
separate reading on the broader U.S. economy came in much weaker than expected.
But weekly jobless claims sank to a two-month low, in a hopeful sign for the
labor market. New orders for long-lasting U.S. manufactured goods in August
fell by the most in 3 1/2 years, pointing to a sharp slowdown in factory
activity even as a gauge of planned business spending rebounded. The
Commerce Department said on Thursday durable goods orders dived 13.2 percent,
the largest drop since January 2009, when the economy was in the throes of
a recession. Orders for July were revised down to show a 3.3
percent increase instead of the previously reported 4.1 percent gain.

Isakson
to Newsmax: Obama Misled America on Libya Attack
The
Obama White House is finally admitting that the attack on the Libyan consulate
that killed four Americans was a terrorist act because “people kept calling for the truth,” Georgia Sen. Johnny Isakson
tells Newsmax.TV. “People kept calling
for the truth and, in the end, the administration
realized that what they had tried to put together – blaming it on this
movie and having it as a spontaneous act rather as being a terrorist act – wasn’t going to sell because it obviously
wasn’t true,” Isakson, a Republican member of the Senate Foreign Relations
Committee, tells Newsmax in an exclusive interview. “I don’t understand the
motivation to do that unless they didn’t want to have a terrorist attack
against a United States’ sovereign territory on their watch, but that’s what
happened. The truth ought to be what comes out and not some scenario they want
to people to believe." Isakson and fellow GOP committee member, Tennessee
Sen. Bob Corker, are demanding the release of the final cables of murdered U.S.
Ambassador Christopher Stevens as well as answers from the State Department
about the Sept. 11 attacks in Libya.

Demand Answers: Why Did Susan Rice Insist Video Caused Benghazi Attack? By
Patrick Goodenough
As
more senior administration officials use the word “terrorism” in describing the
deadly September 11 attack on the U.S. consulate in Libya, Ambassador to the
U.N. Susan Rice’s repeated insistence five days later that the incident was a
“spontaneous reaction” to an obscure anti-Islam video continues to draw
scrutiny and criticism. Fox News reports that administration officials knew
within 24 hours that the Benghazi attack was terrorism.

Benghazi-Gate:
New Evidence White House Lied About Libya Terror Attack
Yesterday,
we learned that within 24 hours of the event that the Obama Administration
itself designated the attack on our Libyan consulate as a terrorist attack. And
yet, days later, Obama would trot U.N.
Ambassador Susan Rice out to all the Sunday shows to look the media and America
in the eye with the wildly false story that the attack had been a protest over
a YouTube video gone awry; a story Obama most certainly knew wasn’t true:
Intelligence
sources said that the Obama administration internally
labeled the attack terrorism from the first day in order to unlock and
mobilize certain resources to respond, and that officials were looking for one
specific suspect. The sources said the intelligence community knew by Sept. 12
that the militant Ansar al-Shariah and Al Qaeda in the Islamic Maghreb were
likely behind the strike.
Further,
an official said, “No one … believed that the mortars, indirect and direct
fire, and the RPGs were just the work of a mob — no one.” And it
wasn’t just Ambassador Rice telling us something our government knew wasn’t
true. As this timeline proves, it was also White House spokesman Jay Carney,
Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, and the President himself.
Fox
News poll: 79 percent say all Americans should pay
income taxes By Dana Blanton
A
large majority of likely voters believes all Americans should pay some federal
income tax -- even if it is as little as one percent of what they make.
Seventy-nine percent say everyone should pay something, according to a
Fox News poll released Thursday. That includes 85 percent of Republicans,
83 percent of independents and 71 percent of Democrats. According to the IRS, last year approximately 41 percent of tax filers
did not pay federal income tax. The Tax Policy Center estimates that
will increase to 46 percent this year.

Claims
of U.S. Intelligence Officials Make Obama
a Liar
It
is important to read this piece with the knowledge that President Obama, in his
first 1,225 days in office, skipped 56 percent of his daily intelligence briefings.
And so far, this year alone he has skipped 62 percent of those meetings. The
media likes to adoringly point out the unprecedented aspects of this
presidency, so I’m sure they will draw attention to this fact in no time. Of course the reason for blaming the
video has nothing to do with reality and everything to do with finding a
scapegoat for Obama’s failed Middle East policy of apologizing for America and
appeasing Islamists. Now that you know
how neglectful Obama has been of these intelligence briefings, I can proceed.
We have been hearing repeatedly from this administration that, against all
common sense, the cause of the violence in the Middle East that exploded on
September 11 two weeks ago and killed four Americans was merely the manifestation
of hurt feelings over a 14-minute anti-Islam video posted months and months ago
on YouTube. Now today, in an interview with NBC’s Ann
Curry, Libyan President Mohamed Magarief has made a fool of President Obama: he
stated that the attacks on the US embassy in Libya had “nothing to do with” the
video and that it was a pre-planned act of terror. When pressed by Curry to
detail his evidence for this, he said he could not because the investigation
was still underway, but he assured Curry that so far, all the evidence
discovered shows that it was an attack planned by al-Qaeda.

People Died, Obama Lied
People
died, Obama lied. That’s the best summary of what has happened since Sept. 11,
when terrorists (yes, terrorists) attacked the U.S. consulate in Libya, killing
four Americans and the U.S. Ambassador, while terrorist sympathizers swarmed
the U.S. embassy in Cairo. The Obama
administration insisted–though it knew otherwise–that the attacks were provoked
by an anti-Islam film made in the U.S. by a Coptic Christian. Worse, the Obama
administration inflamed the supposed outrage over the film by telling the world
that the U.S. condemned it and was not responsible for it–even buying airtime
on Pakistani television to broadcast that apologetic message. It also sent a
signal that American principles of free expression were up for negotiation by
suggesting that free speech did not include the right to insult other people’s
religions, and Islam in particular. Now, as new details emerge every day about
what the Obama administration knew and when, it is clear that President Barack
Obama lied shamelessly to the American people about a terror attack that
claimed American lives.

Voter
ID Controversy: Liberal Nonsense by David L. Goetsch
Liberals
claim that asking voters to show some form of identification before casting
their ballots is an unwarranted infringement on their rights, and that doing so
discriminates against the poor. Conservatives counter that by opposing
voter ID laws liberals are just trying to make it easier for unregistered
voters, illegal immigrants, and dead people to vote—a campaign strategy long
favored by Chicago Democrats and used with alacrity by LBJ.
·
While jotting down
notes for this article, I was sitting at the take-out station of a local
restaurant waiting to pick up my lunch. The man ahead of me used a credit
card to pay for his meal, but first he was asked to show a picture ID. I stopped by a well-known
fitness center for a workout. The visitor’s pass cost me $15, which I
paid in cash. As I walked toward the locker room, the cashier yelled
after me: “Sir, I will need to see a picture ID.” I stopped by my bank recently to
cash a check. I have banked with this institution for almost 40 years and
am well known to its personnel. To cash my check, I was required to
present a picture ID. Picking up a rental car, checking
into a hotel room, purchasing a new cell phone, registering for a college
course, requesting a college transcript, picking a young child up from school
during the school day—all of these transactions require a picture ID.
These are just a few examples I am familiar with. I am sure there are
more. Now, consider the examples in this column and—with the exception of
picking a child up from school—ask yourself this question: Which of these
transactions is more important than voting? Having done so, conservatives
can then ask the obvious question: If Americans have to show IDs in
these mundane situations, why not when they vote? Then ask a liberal
the same question.
