The Truth About Hillary Emails and Evil Discovered Within!

A Review of Various Actions by the
Federal Bureau of Investigation and
Department of Justice in Advance of the
2016 Election
Oversight and Review Division 18-04 June 2018

CHAPTER NINE:
DISCOVERY OF CLINTON EMAILS ON THE
WEINER LAPTOP AND REACTIVATION OF THE MIDYEAR
INVESTIGATION

In this chapter, we discuss the discovery of Clinton emails on the Weiner
laptop and the eventual reactivation of the Midyear investigation. Section I details
the discovery of these emails by the FBI’s New York Field Office (NYO) and Section
II discusses the numerous notifications of this fact to FBI Headquarters in late
September and early October. Section III describes the initial response by FBI
Headquarters and Midyear personnel to this discovery. Section IV discusses NYO’s
processing of the Weiner laptop. Section V details the ensuing inaction by FBI
Headquarters and Midyear personnel, and the explanations we received from FBI
leadership and Midyear personnel for this inactivity. In Section VI, we discuss the
Weiner case agent’s concerns about this inactivity and, in Section VII, we describe
the actions taken by the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York
(SDNY) as a result of these concerns. In Section VIII, we discuss the response by
the Department and FBI to SDNY’s notification about the Weiner laptop. Section IX
examines the reengagement on this issue by FBI Headquarters and Midyear
personnel. Section X describes the events that led to the decision to seek a search
warrant for the Weiner laptop. We provide our analysis in Section XI.

I. Discovery of Emails by the FBI’s New York Field Office
A. Seizure of Weiner Laptop and Devices

In September 2016, the FBI and the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern
District of New York (SDNY) began investigating former Congressman Anthony
Weiner for his online relationship with a minor. The FBI’s New York Field Office
(NYO) was in charge of the investigation. A federal search warrant was obtained on
September 26, 2016, for Weiner’s iPhone, iPad, and laptop computer. The FBI
obtained these devices the same day. The search warrant authorized the
government to search for evidence relating to the following crimes: transmitting
obscene material to a minor, sexual exploitation of children, and activities related to
child pornography.

B. Emails and BlackBerry PIN Message Viewed by Case Agent
The case agent assigned to the Weiner investigation was certified as a Digital
Extraction Technician and, as such, had the training and skills to extract digital
evidence from electronic devices. The case agent told the OIG that he began
processing Weiner’s devices upon receipt on September 26. The case agent stated
that he noticed “within hours” that there were “over 300,000 emails on the laptop.”
The case agent told us that on either the evening of September 26 or the
morning of September 27, he noticed the software program on his workstation was having trouble processing the data on the laptop.165 The case agent stated that he

went into the email folder on the laptop to see why the processing was “hung up.”
He explained that, because the laptop was still processing, he was only able to view
the emails that were immediately visible in the window on his computer screen.
The case agent told us that the first item he clicked on was “either an email
between Hillary and Huma [Abedin] or a BlackBerry PIN message.” The case agent
stated that, in the window of items visible to him, he saw a “couple” of emails
between Clinton and Abedin and at least one BlackBerry PIN message between
Clinton and Abedin. The case agent told us that the BlackBerry PIN message in
particular caught his attention because his “general understanding” was that those
messages reside on a “BlackBerry proprietary-like backbone” and would not “leave
much of a trace because it doesn’t go through any external servers other than a
BlackBerry server.” When asked specifically how he identified this BlackBerry PIN
message as being between Clinton and Abedin, the case agent stated that “it was
obvious” from the domains, which were “something like HR15@BBM-dotsomething,
and HAbedin@BBM-dot.” With respect to the emails he observed, the
case agent said he recalled seeing emails associated with “about seven domains,”
such as yahoo.com, state.gov, clintonfoundation.org, clintonemail, and
hillaryclinton.com.

The case agent told us that he asked another agent to take a quick look at
his computer to “make sure, am I, am I seeing what I think I’m seeing?” The other
agent told the OIG that he “vividly” recalled what he described as the “oh-shit
moment” when the case agent said that Hillary Clinton’s emails were on the laptop.
The other agent stated that, while he did not view the content, he believed that he
did see the domain portion of the emails and remembered thinking at the time that
it was the same domain that had been associated with Clinton in news coverage.
The other agent told the OIG that he and the case agent agreed that this
information needed “to get reported up the chain” immediately.

C. Reporting of Clinton-Related Emails to FBI NYO Supervisors

The case agent told us that, after speaking with the other agent, he
immediately told his Supervisory Special Agent (SSA) what he had observed,
including that he had seen “private BlackBerry messages, private messages
between Hillary and Huma to which Anthony Weiner was not a party.” The NYO
SSA corroborated this account, stating that the case agent came into his office on
September 27 and told him “he had discovered emails that could be tied to Hillary
Clinton.” The SSA told us that he specifically recalled the case agent mentioning
domain names associated with Hillary Clinton, the Clinton Foundation, and possibly
Clinton for President. The SSA also recalled the case agent telling him “early on”
that there were “hundreds of thousands” of emails. The case agent and SSA told
us that because the search warrant for the laptop was limited to child exploitation
offenses, they agreed during this meeting that the emails were not covered under
the search warrant and the case agent should not review those emails. The SSA
and the case agent met with their Assistant Special Agent in Charge (ASAC) to
make him aware of the emails. The ASAC told us that the SSA and case agent
initially briefed him on September 28. The ASAC stated they reported that the
laptop was still processing, but there were approximately 141,000 emails of interest
at that moment. The ASAC further stated that the case agent and SSA identified
seven different domains of interest. The ASAC’s notes from the morning of
September 28 corroborated this account. The notes included references to
“imaging, processing ½ way through,” “141k emails,” and seven domains, which
were @clinton.com/gov, @state.gov, @clintonemail.com, @AW.com,
@clintonfoundation.org, @presidentclinton.com, and @hillaryclinton.com.

The Origin of The White Race According to The Nation of Islam

The Origin of The White Race According to The Nation of Islam

In the beliefs of the Nation of Islam (NOI), Yakub (sometimes spelled Yacub or Yaqub) was a black scientist who lived "6,600 years ago" and began the creation of the white race. He is said to have done this through a form of selective breeding referred to as "grafting", while living on the island of Patmos. The Nation of Islam theology states that Yakub is the biblical Jacob. All other branches of Islam, as well as Christianity and Judaism, reject these assertions. The story has caused disputes within the NOI during its history. Under its current leader Louis Farrakhan, the NOI continues to assert that the story of Yakub is true, claiming that modern science is consistent with it.

Full Story
The story of Yakub originated in the writings of Wallace Fard Muhammad, the founder of the Nation of Islam, in his doctrinal Q&A pamphlet Lost Found Moslem Lesson No. 2. It was developed by his successor Elijah Muhammad in several writings, most fully in a chapter entitled "The Making of Devil" in his book Message to the Blackman in America.

Yakub is said to have been born in Mecca at a time when 30% of original black people were "dissatisfied". He was a member of the Meccan branch of the Tribe of Shabazz. Yakub acquired the nickname "big head", because of his unusually large head and his arrogance. At the age of six, he discovered the law of attraction and repulsion by playing with magnets made of steel. This insight led to a plan to create new people. He "saw an unlike human being, made to attract others, who could, with the knowledge of tricks and lies, rule the original black man." By the age of 18, he had exhausted all knowledge in the universities of Mecca. He then discovered that the "original black man" contained both a "black germ" and a "brown germ". With 59,999 followers, he went to an "isle in the Aegean Sea called Pelan", which Muhammad identifies with Patmos. Once there, he established a despotic regime and set about breeding out the black traits, killed all darker babies, and created a brown race after 200 years. Yakub died at the age of 152, but his followers carried on his work. After 600 years of these deliberate eugenics, the white race was created. The brutal conditions of their creation determined the evil nature of the new race: "by lying to the black mother of the baby, this lie was born into the very nature of the white baby; and, murder for the black people was also born in them—or made by nature a liar and murderer".
The new race traveled to Mecca where they caused so much trouble they were exiled to "West Asia (Europe), and stripped of everything but the language....Once there, they were roped in, to keep them out of Paradise....The soldiers patrolled the border armed with swords, to prevent the devils from crossing." For many centuries they lived a barbaric life, surviving naked in caves and eating raw meat, but eventually they were drawn out of the caves by Moses who "taught them to wear clothes". Moses tried to civilize them, but eventually gave up and blew up 300 of the most troublesome of them with dynamite. However, they had learned to use "tricknology" to usurp power and enslave the black population, bringing the first slaves to America. According to The Autobiography of Malcolm X, all the races other than the black race were by-products of Yakub's (spelled Yacub in the biography) work, as the "red, yellow and brown" races were created during the "bleaching" process; however, the "black race" included Asian peoples, considered to be shared ancestors of the Moors. "Whites" were defined as Europeans. Elijah Muhammad also asserted that some of the new white race "tried to graft themselves back into the black nation, but they had nothing to go by." As a result, they became gorillas. "A few were lucky enough to make a start and got as far as what you call the gorilla. In fact, all of the monkey family are from this 2,000 year history of the white race in Europe."

According to NOI doctrine, Yakub's progeny were destined to rule for 6,000 years before the original black peoples of the world regained dominance, a process that had begun in 1914

Stock Market Update

Market Update - 4/16/20
Coronavirus – Uncertainty Still Ahead

As we continue to hear stories about cases plateauing in some parts of the world, and countries and states discussing how to reopen after the shelter-in-place restrictions have been lifted, we are heartened knowing that our temporary pain was not in vain.  However, we believe that we are still in the early chapters of this story.

No one has a crystal ball to predict how the rest of the story will play out.  We would also caution against listening to anyone that is able to deal in absolutes at this time. Over the next few weeks and months, there will be a lot of uncertainty in the market, economy, and world in general and a lot of conclusions being drawn around when a return to “normalcy” will happen and what that will look like.

Earnings Uncertainty

We are beginning to enter earnings season for companies to report earnings for first quarter.  We believe that the market has priced in the impact on first quarter earnings from the coronavirus.  The uncertainty will come during the second quarter of the year as companies withdraw guidance on future earnings.  Depending on how long the economy is slowed there will be a lot of uncertainty generated as the market tries to decide what to pay for unknown future earnings.

To put this in context, imagine a star athlete has a season ending injury in the last year of their contract.  When teams are offering a contract for the next year, they will have to make a prediction about whether the athlete’s future performance will be similar to their past performance once they recover from the injury, even though the team might have limited information about the severity of the injury or the success of the rehabilitation. Some teams will be willing to gamble that the player will come back to full form and make offers to that athlete, while others will avoid making an offer

Economic Uncertainty

Similarly, as economic news is released, there will be uncertainty on two fronts.  One will be the unknown of if and when economic activity and consumer spending will return to pre-virus levels.  The other front will regard economic data releases and how the market responds.  In the short-term, we predict that there will be numerous data points that will be the “worst ever” regarding sales, spending, manufacturing, and employment among others.

Uncertainty with the Covid-19 Battle

All of the above will ultimately come down to the progress that we make battling this new coronavirus and what the new normal will look like after the fact.  It is important to remember that we are four months into this virus being a known quantity and are learning more about it daily.  There are still a lot of unknowns out there and countries, states and individuals are all processing them in real time.

The response in the U.S. compared to other countries has been delayed, but fortunately, other countries can provide a playbook that the U.S. can follow.  So far, mass testing has been shown to be the best path to getting economic activity rolling again.  As more testing goes online in the U.S. as well as effective antibody tests being created, we see this as a positive to get our economy back on track.

As we stated, we are not trying to be alarmist, but want to disseminate the facts as we see them as well as the uncertainties that we see in the market.  We believe that we are going to get through this and our portfolios are designed to weather the storm and our asset allocations are made to help you stay the course.  During these trying times, we encourage you to not give in to the “news of the day” and not succumb to overreaction.  Time in the market and not timing the market is the best way to long-term financial success.

We are all in this together, and we are here for you.  As always, please do not hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or concerns.

Coronavirus – We’re All In This Together

Coronavirus – We’re All In This Together

This weekend, six states now have a “shelter in place” mandate that orders all residents to stay at home unless for essential work, supplies and services, and health and safety matters.  Additionally, all non-essential businesses must close.  We expect (and hope) that other states follow suit as we fight to slow the spread of the pandemic.

Now that the coronavirus has reached the U.S. and has spread across it, the best action for the economy and the U.S. is to take temporary pain for the long-term good.  The coronavirus has surpassed anyone’s expected measures of infection in terms of its contagion rate.  In our talks with epidemiologists, the main goal of a virus is to survive, and it does this by infecting new hosts and reproducing.  If it’s too fatal, the virus naturally dies out.  If it isn’t resilient enough and the body can kill it effectively, the virus naturally dies out.  The coronavirus is, unfortunately, hitting a sweet spot in this zone and at this point, the best action to fight it is by limiting contagion.

From our perspective, the market, like the rest of the U.S. has started to settle into this new reality.  During this new normal, we continue to look for signs that the government and the Federal Reserve are enacting measures to ensure that the economy continues to function as it should during this time.  To this extent, the Federal Reserve implemented a variety of programs this morning to ensure that liquidity will still be available by buying assets from banks allowing them the ability to then lend that money to businesses.  The Federal Reserve is also looking into measures to directly help small and mid-size companies.

On the White House front, we are looking for news of what the “phase 3” coronavirus bill will contain.  This bill is expected to contain stimulus measures to help businesses survive this new normal of limited mobility and social distancing.  It is also expected to provide direct stimulus to U.S. families.  The bill did not pass through the Senate with Sunday night’s vote and is currently back to the Senate for further negotiations and revisions.

Additionally, we see the President signing the Defense Production Act as a positive for the market.  If an already approved drug such as hydroxychloroquine (previously used to treat malaria) proves effective in treating coronavirus, the President can order all pharmaceutical companies to produce the drug.  Additionally, if a new drug is discovered, approved and treats the disease effectively, the President can order the same.  This will drastically decrease the burden on hospitals, allow social distancing and travel restrictions to be lifted and reduced, and speed up the timeline of economic recovery.

Coronavirus – Trying to Know the Unknown

Coronavirus – Trying to Know the Unknown

________________________________________
The unknown impacts of the coronavirus are taking a toll on the market, as no one knows what the true impact will ultimately be.  Traders continue to sell the latest headlines increasing the volatility in the market and pushing stock prices further down.  Over the weekend, the spread of the virus in the U.S. continued to fuel concerns. Unrelated, Saudi Arabia declared it would begin to increase oil production which sent oil prices plummeting and added to the worries of an already skittish market.
What we do know is that governments are in a precarious position of balancing the humanitarian impact versus the economic impact of the virus.  Candidly, the coronavirus poses only a slight risk to 85% of the world’s population (being those individuals aged 70 and younger with no preexisting health conditions), which also constitutes the majority of the global workforce. So, if governments were to keep a hands-off approach, we would imagine that the actual economic impact of the virus would be limited.

However, governments will (and we believe should) intervene to reduce the spread of the virus.  Governments around the world will take the steps they deem necessary to protect their citizens.  This intervention will no doubt cause an economic recession as supply chains are disrupted and the movement of goods and people is restricted, both domestically and globally.

Currently in the U.S., we have only started to discover the number of cases present due to the delay in testing capabilities.  As testing ramps up this week, we expect the number of cases, and subsequently the number of confirmed fatalities from the virus to increase.  What we do not know is what level of intervention the U.S. government will take to decrease the humanitarian impact of the coronavirus.  Outside of Italy and South Korea, the larger outbreaks of the virus have happened in countries (China and Iran) where civil liberties are already curtailed.  The intervention of a country that is founded upon unalienable rights to freedom, in our opinion, will have to be more delicate and as of now are set at the state and local levels.

What the intervention and the subsequent market response will look like has yet to be determined.  We expect the impacts of the virus to be short-lived as summer arrives and we exit the flu season.  However, we also anticipate that a shallow and short-lived recession will occur as supply chain disruption and lower consumer spending has an impact on company earnings.  While they can be painful at the moment, these recessions are normal and part of the natural business cycle.

When we don’t know the outcome of an event, it’s easy to feel anxious.  What is important though is to remember that these events happen and eventually end up being a bump in the long-term road to financial security.  What is critical is that you stick to the road map that has been laid out by your adviser and don’t detour in panic.
