We must take over the Senate!

We must take over the Senate!

In 2014, Michigan will likely determine who controls the US Senate. My name is Terri Lynn Land. I am the Republican nominee for United States Senate in Michigan, a campaign that I believe determines the direction of our country for the next two years.

I am running against someone who will be Barack Obama’s Senate ally in the Senate, an ultra-liberal Congressman named Gary Peters—and the latest polls have us in a dead heat. In Congress, Peters did whatever Nancy Pelosi told him to. If he gets to the Senate, he’s going to do the exact same thing—only this time, it will be whatever Harry Reid tells him to do.

He’s a Left wing “yes man,” and that’s a big part of why we are running dead even in the polls.

This past week, Rasmussen Polls rated our race a tossup. So did Real Clear Politics. They know that we can win this race. I served Michigan as Secretary of State for two terms—and both times, I won big victories.

I want you to know that I’m a conservative, and I’ll gladly take on the Republican Party, the Democratic Party, the liberal media and anyone else I need to in order to do what’s best for the people of our country.

Harry Reid is coming after me with everything he's got right now. Liberal groups are spending 1.7 million dollars of attack ads running against me this week. They have reserved another 15 million dollars in our race between now and Election Day.

And we just found out that President Obama is planning to come here to Michigan and personally campaign against me.

I need conservatives like you to help me push back against this. Not next week, or next month—right now.

Will you help me?

You need to understand—this isn’t just a Senate race. When you give to our campaign, you’re not just giving to one race—you are giving to the race that will determine control of the Senate for the next two years.

Every hour and dollar dropped into this race doesn’t just win us this seat; it helps us fire Harry Reid as Majority Leader.
