The pursuit of Constitutionally grounded governance, freedom
and individual liberty

On Friday, the House of
Representatives voted 261-157 in favor of the "Keep Your Health Plan
Act," authored by Rep. Fred Upton (R-MI). Some 39 Democrats joined all
Republicans in voting yes just a day after Barack Obama announced his own
unilateral and illegal "fix" for his ailing law.
The Wall Street Journal summarized
Upton's bill:
"The one-page bill would allow
insurers to continue offering for sale in 2014 the policies that ObamaCare
terminated, exempting them from federal regulatory edicts." However,
because insurance companies have spent the last three and a half years working
to comply with ObamaCare regulations, Upton's bill is unlikely to actually save
many plans. Such is the nature of Obama's "you can keep your plan"
lie.

On Sunday, appearing on ABC’s This
Week with fill-in host Martha Raddatz, Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand (D-NY)
admitted that Democrats knew full well that Americans would be booted from
their health insurance plans as an effect of Obamacare implementation.

It seems virtually every federal
government agency, at least under this president, is a rogue agency. That’s not
quite accurate. You see, when one hears the word rogue, it conjures up thoughts
of abandoning one’s directive. “Oh him – he went rogue. We can no longer
control him”. That type of thing.
So that’s not really accurate, for
it appears
that this administration’s prime directive is to allow these agencies to go
rogue, from our point of view. Just look at the evidence of department
after departments’ involvement in one scandal after another. Yet there is one
agency that is head and shoulders above all in the “rogue” department; The EPA. This is the agency that, if
left unchecked, can literally mean the end of our country.

As the debate rages in Washington
over the future of Obamcare, The Lancet is issuing a dire warning on
"superbugs" that are resistant to antibiotics.
Warnings about the over prescription of antibiotics are not new, but The Lancet article points to a rising concern among researchers that the danger isn't some far-off concern, but something "in the very near future," The Independent reports.
In just 20 years, routine surgeries such as hip replacements could result in death if the patient develops an infection, said England's deputy chief medical officer, Professor John Watson.

The liberal left loves to apply
labels to those individuals who embrace the Constitution, are conservative and
criticize Obama, Michelle and Congress. "Right-wingers," "domestic
terrorists," "racists," and "gun fanatics" are just a
few of the labels applied. Of
course, the door swings both ways and the other side is just as guilty. So,
let's just divide into Obama supporters and Obama opposers. Obama
supporters have come to the conclusion that Obama opposers dislike Obama based
on "race" as they prove themselves superior by supporting the first
black president in history. However, not all Obama opposers are white;
thereby making the distinction of dislike about race moot. So, let's dispense
with all the labels and look at some real reasons to oppose Obama.
