Major networks are reporting that 82% of government is still operating.  So, the dreaded Shut Down is merely a tiny bump.  Not true for the families that are doing without a paycheck, but hardly the Armageddon predicted.   The fight has just begun.  Never forget, the real losers in the manufactured fiasco are the American people. - WCM
