And now it's global COOLING! Record return of Arctic ice
cap as it grows by 60% in a year By David Rose

Almost
a million more square miles of ocean covered with ice than in 2012
·
BBC

A
chilly Arctic summer has left nearly a million more square miles of ocean
covered with ice than at the same time last year – an increase of 60 per cent.
The
rebound from 2012’s record low comes six years after the BBC reported that
global warming would leave the Arctic ice-free in summer by 2013.
Instead,
days before the annual autumn re-freeze is due to begin, an unbroken ice sheet
more than half the size of Europe already stretches from the Canadian islands
to Russia’s northern shores.

Evolution is Not Science
by Mitch Cervinka,
M.A. Mathematics
There are several fundamental characteristics that
identify a field of study as being “scientific“. Genuine science is objective and invites scrutiny and investigation. It
does not ridicule the critics of its conclusions, but instead silences their
criticisms by setting forth the evidence from which those conclusions are
drawn. Genuine science seeks
the truth that explains the observed evidence. It does not prejudice
the investigation by ruling out, from the start, hypotheses that may very well
provide the best explanation for the observed evidence. Genuine science rejects any hypothesis that consistently fails to fit
observed scientific evidence. It
does not persistently assume that the fault lies in the evidence rather than in
the hypothesis itself. On all three counts, the commonly-accepted “Theory of Evolution” fails the test of being
scientific. With the passing years, proponents of this failed theory are
behaving more and more like religious dogmatists in their unwillingness to
submit the foundations of their theory to open inquiry and discussion.
Instead, they heap scorn and ridicule on their critics, insisting that anyone
who has the audacity to question the truth of their sacred theory must be
either stupid, insane or evil. This is the tactic, for example, of Richard Dawkins, who was reported by the New
York Times as saying: … It is absolutely safe to say that, if you meet somebody
who claims not to believe in evolution, that person is ignorant, stupid, or
insane (or wicked, but I’d rather not consider that). … At the heart of the problem is the fact that
Evolution, disguised as a viable scientific theory, is actually a tool of
religious propaganda and cultural domination, used by those who hold to the
religion of Naturalism. Naturalism is the belief that all things,
including the origin of life, can be explained purely in terms of natural
phenomena, without the intervention of a supernatural being or deity. Ironically, many of the dogmatic proponents
of Evolution may not even be aware that this is the religion they hold. Most
seem unable to distinguish their religion from their “science”, and thus pursue
their opposition to a Creator on what they suppose are purely “scientific” grounds.
However, their “science” rules out the possibility of an intelligent Creator
from the very outset. This
consideration is not demanded by scientific evidence, but by prevailing
philosophical ideas about what science ought to be. The problem with
this position is that, if God really
did create the universe, scientists are forbidden to acknowledge the evidence
of it, and must substitute a false, naturalistic explanation in its place. This
philosophical bias is neither objective nor scientific, but amounts to
religious prejudice. We should never forget that any statement about God is
inherently religious, whether it be the theist’s affirmation or the atheist’s
denial….

Feinstein to Homeland Security: Stop Enforcing Immigration
Law by Tim Brown
Could
the people of California please stop electing the "ugly face of
tyranny," Dianne Feinstein (D-CA), to the United States senate? Not only has
she been a treasonous senator in going after guns, and even including Canada
and Mexico as part of the homeland,
but on Tuesday she wrote to Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano asking
that the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) department, under DHS, stop
enforcing immigration law. No, seriously, she did. In June 2012, she
raised the issue that ICE was using I-9 worksite audits against agricultural
employers in a letter to former ICE Director John Morton. At that time
Feinstein wrote, "Many farmers
and growers in California informed me that their business and livelihood are at
risk due to a shortage of legal harvesters, pickers, pruners, packers, and farm
workers. As you can imagine, with approximately 81,000 farms in California, I
am very concerned that these audits will result in significant harm to the
agricultural industry and the state's overall economy." In
attempting to address her concerns about farmers not having willing and
available domestic agricultural workers, (how many people are on food stamps
and are unemployed in California?) she along with Senators Marco Rubio (R-FL),
Michael Bennet (D-CO) and Orrin Hatch (R-UT), co-authored the Agricultural
Worker Program, an agreement that was incorporated into the Border Security,
Economic Opportunity, and Immigration Modernization Act, which passed the
Senate in June 2013.

Dianne Feinstein Caught Lying About Her Past Gun Ban by Tim Brown
Dianne Feinstein's open, brazen, bald-faced lie
about her intentions in the past, concerning weapons bans, are exposed by her
own mouth. With her new weapons ban bill looming, it's time to know the real
story. Feinstein really wants to take your Constitutional right to keep and
bear arms away, making you defenseless. Senator Feinstein was asked on the PBS
Newshour, "What do you say to
people who support the right to own arms (Americans) that this is the 'camel's
nose under the tent' and the next thing you'll be after is concealed carry
weapons; you'll be after kinds of gun rights?" "Well that's just not
true," Feinstein answered. "It wasn't true with the prior
bill that was the law for ten years and I just think candidly that dog doesn't
hunt." There she goes with hunting again! She was pressed, "Why
shouldn't it be true? Why wouldn't you want to go after those other laws?"
"Because that's not what I've
done in the past and it's not what I'm doing right now," she
exclaimed. However, a clip from a 60 minutes interview in 1995, following the
passage of the first assault weapons ban, tells us a different story about what
she wants to do. She said, “If I could
have gotten 51 votes in the Senate of the United States, for an outright ban,
picking up everyone of them (every gun) Mr. and Mrs. America, turn ‘em all in.
I would have done it."
