Drunk on amnesty
There’s a storm gathering around one of the provisions in the Gang of Eight amnesty bill, but it needs to gather faster, because the amnesty shill are ramming this thing through Congress faster than they’d ever consider moving on a bill that would actually help American citizens – say, by reducing the tax and regulatory burden on the private sector to spur job growth. Anyone who thought Congress was a lumbering dinosaur incapable of swift, decisive action can only marvel at the speed they’re moving on amnesty. One of the reasons for that speed is that Gang of Eight proponents don’t want the American people to know what’s in the bill – the same way they didn’t want us to read the last bill they passed in a blind haste, ObamaCare. (And look how that’s working out.) If we have time to study the bill, we’ll notice things like the provision that waves drunk-driving illegal aliens right to the head of the line for legalization, ahead of all those poor chumps who have been struggling to legally comply with America’s immigration laws.

Principal Remains on Job after Threatening to Blow Up Staff  by Dave Jolly
Remember the boy who was on a school bus talking to his friends and said that he wishes he had a gun to protect them?  The bus driver over heard him and took back to the school, where the principal suspended him for just saying the word gun. Or what about the six year old boy that pointed his finger at another kid and acted like he was shooting him?  He was suspended also.  Then there was the 5 year old girl that threatened to shoot another kindergartner with her Hello Kitty Bubble Gun when they got home from school.  She was also suspended. In all of these cases, kids were instantly suspended for making threats, innocent playful threats, against other students.  The suspensions came before any investigation could be completed. But there seems to be a difference justice for school administrators than there is for students.  Neifi Juan Acosta is the principal of New York Intermediate School 232.  He is a shining example for his students as he is known for his fiery temper and angry outbursts. Last November, Acosta was conducting a meeting with his staff and faculty concerning what happened at Sandy Hook Elementary School.  During the meeting Acosta went on a tirade, yelling at his staff and faculty about how much stress he is under and how frustrated he was.  He angrily told the attendees that they were in God’s seat of judgment.  One of the attendees reported: “It got very fire and brimstone, very fundamentalist.”
Someone at the meeting asked Acosta if he was angry at the students or the faculty and he answered faculty.  Then Acosta was reported to have said:
“I know what I’ll do, I’ll call a conference in the cafeteria, and I’ll put on a vest like the terrorists do and I’m going to blow you all up.”
A number of the faculty that attended the meeting filed complaints against Acosta.  It took investigators until January to start investigating the complaints.  During the investigation, Acosta placed laminated posters with Bible verses on the classroom doors of faculty members that were scheduled to be interviewed by the investigators. Six months after the angry threat was made, Acosta is still on the job.  He has not been placed on administrative leave nor has he been suspended.  How can the school board keep this man in his position of principal?  He cannot control his temper which is a very poor and dangerous. example for his students.  If anyone anywhere in this country makes a threat to wear a vest full of explosives and blow up a bunch of people will instantly be arrested for making terrorist threats.
A 6 year old is suspended for playing and using his finger as a gun and this principal is not suspended for making a terrorist threat to his staff.  A 5 year old threatens to shoot another 5 year old with a toy gun While I believe all of the student suspensions are wrong and were handed down too hastily, but on the other hand, I don’t understand why Neifi Juan Acosta was not suspended or placed on administrated leave pending the investigation.  Obviously, justice is not equal for students and school administrators.

Climate scientist: Global warming models could be ‘fundamentally wrong’
In an interview with the German news publication Der Spiegel, meteorologist Hans von Storch said that scientists are so puzzled by the 15-year standstill in global warming that if the trend continues their models could be “fundamentally wrong.” “If things continue as they have been, in five years, at the latest, we will need to acknowledge that something is fundamentally wrong with our climate models,” Storch told Der Spiegel. “A 20-year pause in global warming does not occur in a single modeled scenario. But even today, we are finding it very difficult to reconcile actual temperature trends with our expectations.” Environmentalists have been increasingly calling on President Obama to address global warming before it becomes irreversible. The World Bank reported that global temperatures could rise by 4 degrees Celsius over the next century if greenhouse gas emissions aren’t brought under control. Many world leaders are committed to limit the increase to 2 degrees Celsius. The public must demand the delusional reaction to "man made global warming" put to a stop, NOW!

Poll: 41 percent of small businesses have frozen hiring because of ObamaCare
The carnage from the worst legislation in modern history keeps piling up. The latest damage assessment comes from a Gallup poll that shows “Forty-one percent of small businesses surveyed have frozen hiring” because of ObamaCare, while an equally astonishing 19 percent have actually reduced the number of employees in their business specifically as a result of the President’s health care reform. 38 percent said they have pulled back on expansion plans.
CNBC reports: “We were startled because we know that employers were concerned about the Affordable Care Act and the effects it would have on their business, but we didn’t realize the extent they were concerned, or that the businesses were being proactive to make sure the effects of the ACA actually were minimized,” said attorney Steven Friedman of Littler Mendelson. His firm, which specializes in employment law, commissioned the Gallup poll. Startled, really!?

Tipping Toward Tyranny by John Myers
“We know better than what they tell us, yet hope otherwise.” — Thomas Pynchon, in a 2003 introduction to George Orwell’s reprinted classic, 1984
After the past few months, nothing President Barack Obama and his Chicago troika (first lady Michelle Obama, senior adviser Valerie Jarrett and U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder) says shocks me. Their ideology is based on their African-American heritage and their Islamic sympathies. What should shock us is that we are allowing the Obama Administration to do what it wants with nary an objection — not from the people, not from the press and not even from our Republican representatives in Congress. Our latest engagement in Syria will only make that nation a breeding ground for future terrorists. The consequences of that will be arguments by the Obama Administration for even greater authority. That will mean Americans will have fewer liberties.  Don’t count on public outrage. In a recent poll from the Pew Research Center and The Washington Post, 56 percent of those surveyed said the National Security Agency’s (NSA) program to track phone records is acceptable. Only 41 percent said it was unacceptable. When asked about anti-terrorism efforts, 62 percent of respondents said it was more important for the government to investigate possible terror threats, even if the price was personal privacy.
I cannot comprehend how almost two out of every three Americans are perfectly willing to let Obama shred the 4th Amendment. It gets worse. Some Republicans in Congress are suggesting that journalists should be subject to arrest if their articles put the Nation at risk. Risk is how the Obama Administration defines it. If this happens, there goes the 1st Amendment. All of this begs the question: If we are willing to give up these Constitutional rights, are we willing to give up everything in the Constitution? Will America sacrifice the right to bear arms and even the 22nd Amendment, the only instrument that limits the President to two terms? I try not to be too pessimistic, but it seems that we are at a tipping point — something Malcolm Gladwell studied and wrote about in his acclaimed book The Tipping Point: How Little Things Can Make a Big Difference. In it, he states, “Change happens not gradually but at one dramatic moment.”

Russian Paper Says “Weak Eyed Obama” Is Leader Of Sodom & Gomorrah Following G8 Summit by Leon Puissegur
Although Obama is painted as a great President here in the United States, we must wonder just what do the nations of the world really think of President Barack Obama. We do use the label “President” very loosely here. It seems that the people of Russia are calling the United States the modern day Biblical Sodom and Gomorrah! We will get into that comment later. One now has to wonder just how in the world did the United States, once heralded as the greatest nation on earth, get such a very bad reputation by some outside our nation? It seems that the United States has taken a slide since 2008, but actually it could be traced even father back. We will just continue on what has been presented recently in the Russian Paper Pravda!   We received a communication from our friend Xavier Lerma and he sent us a very disturbing article based upon the perception of the people, not just in Russia, but maybe even the world. This has come to us and we are seeing the world now laugh at the United States to the point where the United States is now considered as a huge boiling pot of hate, anti-Christian, and very weak. Given this, we now wonder just why should we decide to drop our guard now with the other powers of the world gearing up to perhaps just walk into our nation and declare parts of it for themselves! Many have seen the two versions of the movie “Red Dawn,” but few will ever think that maybe we should be well prepared for such an invasion, especially since it seems that Obama wishes to nearly give the other powers of the world the way to do just as is done in both of those movies.

In his article Mr. Lerma shows us just how Russia thinks of our nation. It is an insight that we as a nation should look at and realize just how far backwards we have gone since 2009!  Mr. Lerma shows just what the people in Russia think of Obama just in the first paragraph alone. He shows the way many perceive Obama to be. The Russian people have such little regard for Obama and the United States that they call Obama out in the second paragraph as “The weak eyed Obama…”
“Not so fast Mr. Hope and Change. Haven’t you heard? There’s a new Sheriff in town in the Middle East. President Putin reminded Barry that he’s in charge. He already reminded Netanyahu recently after Israel fired into Damascus in early May. Afterward, Bibi sang a different tune. Putin’s talent as a Judo expert is always useful in these situations. When Obama was continually arming Syrian rebels; declaring no fly zones and moving his Marines into Jordan Putin took quick action. Obama sang a different tune as well and even said, “and finally we compared notes on President Putin’s expertise in Judo and my declining skills in basketball.”
The weak eyed Obama went on further to say, “And we both agree as you get older it takes more time to recover.” He unbelievably even talked about the removal of the Jackson-Vanik Act. Obama nervously looked over his notes as Putin spoke clearly from his memory and intelligence. At meetings end Obama then went on to try and slap a handshake. It was met with President Putin’s stone hand which withered Obama’s smile away. Putin’s firm grip declared who’s top dog in this world.”  If you see this and think it is a joke and this does not reflect just what the people of the world think, remember that in 2008 when Obama went to Germany, they had hundreds of thousands of people there to see him and cheer him. However when he went to the same place, they had less than ten thousand and that would be if you counted all the security people!

Idiot Biden: Immigration Reform 'The Christian Thing to Do' by Debra Heine
Speaking at the National Hispanic Prayer Breakfast Thursday, Vice President and self styled theologian Joe Biden suggested that Republicans who profess to be Christians are hypocrites because they oppose comprehensive immigration reform that does not secure the border.  Biden (a pro-abortion Catholic) said, “Many of these same [GOP] representatives talk about their Christianity and their fidelity to the Bible, but they forget Matthew Chapter 25, Verse 34, where scripture teaches us: ‘I was hungry and you gave me food; I was thirsty — you gave me drink. I was a stranger, and you welcomed me.’” Biden later added, “It’s the right thing to do; it’s the Christian thing to do. But it’s also an incredibly practical thing to do.” Since Biden considers himself somewhat of an arbiter of what Christians should and shouldn't do, I wonder what he would say about Nancy Pelosi’s comments characterizing late-term abortions as “sacred ground”, which has  has drawn fire from a national organization of Catholic priests active in pro-life work. In an open letter to Pelosi, Priests for Life says her comments make a “mockery of the Catholic faith.”

Joe Biden of course agrees with Pelosi on abortion, so I guess he would say Father Pavone is not doing the "Christian thing" in confronting Pelosi, this way. He's doing the "judgmental thing", which as you know, is always bad. Ergo, if you are not in agreement with Biden, you must be a "bad" Christian.  No, this is not judgmental from a Democrat!

IRS Sent $46M in Refunds to 23K Illegal's at 1 Atlanta Address
The incompetence of liberals at its finest. Waste, fraud, and abuse define liberalism. The Internal Revenue Service sent 23,994 tax refunds worth a combined $46,378,040 to “unauthorized” alien workers who all used the same address in Atlanta, Ga., in 2011, according to the Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration (TIGTA). That was not the only Atlanta address theoretically occupied by thousands of “unauthorized” alien workers receiving millions in federal tax refunds in 2011. In fact, according to a TIGTA audit report published last year, four of the top ten addresses to which the IRS sent thousands of tax refunds to “unauthorized” aliens were in Atlanta. The IRS sent 11,284 refunds worth a combined $2,164,976 to unauthorized alien workers at a second Atlanta address; 3,608 worth $2,691,448 to a third; and 2,386 worth $1,232,943 to a fourth.

To Obama, there’s no such thing as ‘citizenship’
Liberals just want us to be one happy world. Reflecting on the untimely death of Sopranos star James Gandolfini, Dr. Michael Savage mused about America’s endless fascination with Mafia culture. “I’m on the side of the lawman, not the bad man,” Savage said. “But the truth is, we know that police and judges and politicians can be corrupted. That’s why there’s a part of us that sometimes wishes there was a ‘godfather’ we could go to, like the one in the movie, who could get us some justice another way.” Savage also mocked the president’s use of the phrase “American persons” to describe those who supposedly don’t have to worry about being spied on by the NSA. “Notice he didn’t say, ‘If you’re an America citizen,’” Savage pointed out. “To Obama, a man of the world, there is no such thing as citizenship. He said, ‘If you’re a U.S. person,’ but what he really meant was, ‘If you’re a U.S. number.’”

Why People Think Democrats Care; even when their policies fail
It comes down to their lies being believed. Their liberal utopia where everything does the right thing just isn’t how the world works. We’ve all had someone in our lives, all of us conservatives, who helped us to learn why we think what we know so that we can then explain it to people. Conservatism, I say, is an applied intellectual pursuit. What I mean by that is in explaining it to others and articulating it and implementing it. Liberalism? It’s the most gutless choice you can make. You don’t have to do anything.  Just “feel” and tell people how bad you feel for other people, and you’re automatically a kind, big-hearted, compassionate person. But you’re not doing anything, except making yourself feel good in the face of misery. You’re not solving the misery. You’re not even tackling it. And then you make yourself feel really good by pointing to people that you think don’t care and criticizing them. You know, fixing poverty is not going to be done with feelings. Fixing poverty is going to require specific policies — and we’ve shown, after 30 years of feeling bad about it and transferring money, that we haven’t fixed it. We’ve shown that the Democrat Party way of fixing it doesn’t work. That may be, I think, the best thing you can do for these people. You say, “You know, for 30 years we’ve been giving them welfare. “We have, for 35 to 40 years, been giving them welfare, and they’re still poor.” They’ll come back at you with, “I don’t care! I don’t care! The Republicans just don’t care.” It’s all about feelings with these people, and that’s tough. Those are tough things to permeate.

New Evidence Suggests TWA Flight 800 Was Shot Down Leaving New York by Dave Jolly
On July 17, 1996, TWA flight 800 took off from John F. Kennedy International Airport in New York City carrying 212 passengers and 12 flight crew.  As the Boeing 747-100 climbed in altitude and turned towards its destination of Paris, the plane exploded just off the shore of East Moriches, New York, killing everyone on board. A number of witnesses at the time claimed that they had seen something like a missile or flare strike the plane just before it exploded.  The National Transportation and Safety Board and FBI recovered as much of the plane as possible and investigated what happened to determine the cause.  The FBI notified the CIA immediately about the witness accounts, but after 8 months of investigations, the CIA Deputy Director issued a report that said:
"Our analysis demonstrates that the eyewitness sightings of greatest concern to us—the ones originally interpreted to be of a possible missile attack—took place after the first of several explosions aboard the aircraft."
Four years later, the NTSB declared that the faulty wiring had caused a spark in the central fuel tank causing the explosion and deaths of all 230 passengers and crew. However, it appears that there may been a massive cover up in what really happened to the plane and passengers.  A documentary will air in July that will provide evidence that the 747 was shot down intentionally and that the government covered this up from the general public. Six former investigators have now come forward to not only help with the documentary, but to request that a new investigation be launched.  Waiting until after they retired, the investigators are now coming forward to try to help tell the real story of what took place off the Atlantic coast. They claim that there were 755 people who witnessed what happened and that the FBI had interviewed them all, but did not share what they learned with the NTSB investigators.  Tom Stalcup, co-producer of the documentary, says that they have radar and forensic evidence that proves that there was at least one, possibly more, ordinances that exploded outside the 747 that caused the crashed. Six years after the crash, a military pilot spoke about what he witnessed at the time of the crash.
