Without True Conservatism, The Obama’s Of The World Will Prevail by John DeMayo
Recently, Republican Party Chairman, Reince Priebus, announced plans to spend $10 million dollars reaching out to minority groups in a bid to attract a different group of American voters. The Republicans also plan to begin to embrace immigration reform and to soften the party’s stance on gay-marriage. A recent study commissioned by Republicans concluded that the party’s electoral success hinged on becoming more “inclusive and welcoming” of “non-traditional voters.” In other words, the Republicans are caving, and moderate and liberal influences are about to take over what is left of the opposition party, and conservatism is about to be bloodied.

Apparently, the Republican Party no longer wishes to pretend to represent “old white male” conservative voters. The people that work hard, pay their taxes, and raise their families to love God, respect morality and observe the law. Somehow, Republicans have come to view winning as more important than fighting the good fight. Somehow, Republicans have come to believe that Log Cabin Republicans and children of illegal aliens will provide for the Republican Party of tomorrow and I resent their foolishness. It will only cause the future defeat of their party and the further destruction of America.

I wonder why I lost my faith in any established political party a long time ago. They are all, owned by “big money” influences of one philosophy or another. The Republican and Democrat Party have both done their fair share of damage to the U.S. Constitution and fiscal strength of our nation. Now it appears both parties wish to destroy what is remaining of traditional American values by setting up the old “big tent.” I have some news for Republicans. I only vote for conservatives. Your national party has not been worth a damn since Reagan left office. You are losing the political fight because few of you possess the courage to tell the truth and stand for traditional American values. You may move to the center to accommodate your newfound homosexual constituency and the entitlement cultured Hispanics like your competition President Obama, but in the end, you will lose the core of your party, conservatives.

Without tradition, there is nothing conservative. The basis for Conservatism is tradition. Voting Republican does not make anyone a conservative any more than owning a gun makes one a constitutionalist. If conservatism fails to win the culture war reshaping our government and political parties, we will all become a nation of indentured servants and slaves to the coming tidal wave of immoral tolerance washing over our Republic.

Rarely do Americans consider the long-term costs of “feel good” ideas like tolerance and social justice. Instead of acknowledging their failures and working to correct the damage they have caused the Republican Party is about to undertake a “rebranding” by unfolding its “Big Tent” strategy again. A vision that includes gay marriage, dual citizens, and the entitlement addicted. Big money influences have laid down the law and Republican lackeys are bowing to their demands. Political favors will not solve America problems. Respect for honored traditions by honorable men and women will. If the Republican Party turns its backs on conservatism, they might as well hand the government over to the Democrats. Based upon the last 13 years there does not seem to be much of a difference, just one failure after another. Damn these Cowards!

Obama's NLRB at their worst
In just five days, Obama's National Labor Relations Board -- at the hands of National Right to Work Foundation attorneys -- have a simple question they'll be FORCED to answer before the U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia . . .  "Why is the NLRB STILL operating as usual when the federal court ruled its members UNCONSTITUTIONAL?"  Or, better yet, where are our elected leaders that are charged with the oversight of these types of agencies/boards?

Top Doc: Say Bye to Your Family Doctor When Obamacare Hits By Bill Hoffmann
Americans may no longer have access to their family doctors because of Obamacare, according to Dr. Scott Gottlieb, a resident fellow at the American Enterprise Institute. By next year more than 50 percent of all physicians in the country … will be working either for a hospital or a hospital and health network as a salaried employee,’’ Gottlieb told “The Steve Malzberg Show. So the idea of the local doctor owning their practice and practicing locally — that’s going away.’’ That’s because incentives in the Affordable Care Act will pay physicians to practice as employees rather than to own their own businesses, Gottlieb explained. “This is going to have some negative ramifications for our patients,’’ he said. “They’re going to get more of their care from hospital-owned clinics that aren’t going to have the look and feel of the local doctors’ office.’’  Just as alarming, he added, is that doctors “basically are just working shifts and accountability to the patient could be lost as they get handed off from shift to shift to shift.’’  Scared yet?

The frightful level of thought control in American academia
Dr Caroline Crocker, according to the opinions of many of her students, was an outstanding biology teacher. She was falsely accused of—horror of horrors—teaching creationism in class. Actually, all she had done was point out some of the weaknesses of evolutionary theory. For this, she was first demoted to teaching lab classes, and then—surprise—her contract was shortened and not renewed. Her dismissal for ‘teaching creationism’ was a kiss of death for her career. She found it very difficult to get another teaching job. She took legal action to fight the blatant discrimination that she had experienced, but her lawyer instead lost his reputation for helping a Darwin-doubter. Her book is not an easy read. There is so much detail that the reader may find it tedious. On the other hand, the documentation given to support its claims is exhaustive. Specific events and conversations are presented in minute detail. This work intersperses the author’s experiences with particular biology lessons. Profuse online and written references are included. Several appendices in the book include a glossary, copies of emails and letters from students (names blacked out to protect privacy), letters from faculty heads leading to Crocker’s dismissal, letters related to the grievance process, legal documents regarding the case, etc. The challenges of being a new college teacher. The author describes how she became a college teacher in biology, and how she strove to make her classes informative and interesting. She told students who worked or had other commitments that they should not be taking her course if they do not have the time to study for it. If they found her policies unfair, they could withdraw from her course in favor of another one. Lawyer Ben Stein said it best, on the back cover of this book:
“A chilling true life story of how free speech and free inquiry rights have simply vanished in a large swath of the academic community. This story would be depressing in a 1950’s Iron Curtain country. Unfortunately, it’s a contemporary American story and far more upsetting for that reason. This shutdown of the search for truth is not something that could happen. It DID happen.”
Dr Caroline Crocker has founded an organization dedicated to preparing college students for careers in science. It is called the American Institute for Technology and Science Education (AITSE), and can be accessed online. The kind of discrimination featured in this book will continue as long as evolutionists can get away with it. How long before believers wake up and start fighting back on a large scale for their rights?  Book: A review of Free to Think: Why Scientific Integrity Matters by Dr Caroline Crocker  Leafcutter Press, Southworth, WA, 2010

Hatch: Obamacare Was Designed to Become Single-Payer System
Sen. Orrin Hatch (R-Utah) said Democrats set up the Affordable Care Act, popularly known as Obamacare, to “fail” in order to establish a single-payer health care system, “where the government controls everybody’s lives.” “Let’s just be honest about it, the bill hasn’t triggered yet fully,” Hatch said of Obamacare, during a press conference on Capitol Hill on Wednesday.  “And it doesn’t until the 1st of next year.” “When the young people in this country find out that they are going to be the generation of debtors and there’s no way they’re ever going to get out from underneath this kind of stuff—I’ve got to tell you, people don’t even realize how crushing it’s going to be after the 1st of this next year,” he said. “And I’ll predict that within that year—now I may be wrong on this—but within the immediate future the Democrats are going to throw their hands in the air and say, ‘It’s not working.  It’s unaffordable.  And we have to go to a single-payer system,’” Hatch said, adding,  “where the government controls everybody’s lives.”  That’s what’s behind all of this.  And they know it’s going to fail,” he said.  “It’s already failing, and it hasn’t even triggered yet, the big expenses.”  Honestly, you can depend upon liberals to be one thing, Dishonest!

DHS Admits They Could Have Cut Costs Without Releasing Felons
Republican members of Congress are using hearings to hold the bureaucrats accountable for their actions in regard the sequester and things they are doing that they are blaming on it. While Rep. Andy Harris (R-MD) exposed the Obama administration’s duplicity on alleged cuts to pediatric vaccinations a few weeks ago, Representative Trey Gowdy (R-SC) grilled a Department of Homeland Security Under Secretary as to why his department released ten “level 1″ aggravated felons from federal custody, claiming it was due to sequester cuts. During the exchange between the South Carolina congressman and DHS Under Secretary Rafael Borras, Gowdy asked, “There was nothing else [you] could do as a cost savings measure. Is that your testimony?” Borras answered, “No, that is not my testimony.”
Gowdy, knowing the DHS had more than a year and a half to prepare for sequestration, asked him anyway how long his department had to prepare. The release of felons into the community when it would have only cost them about $1,200 to keep them locked up is irresponsible and reckless, but then nothing has been on the “up and up” with this administration since it began.

Evidence that America is Committing National Suicide
“If destruction be our lot, we must ourselves be its author and finisher. As a nation of freemen, we must live through all time, or die by suicide.” — Abraham Lincoln
This is the first time I’ve seen Lincoln’s reference to national suicide. I’m more familiar with James Burnham’s book Suicide of the West that was published in 1964. The Cold War with Communism was in high gear in the 1960s. The Cuban Missile Crisis was a front-page nail biter. Burnham’s book issued a stark warning to America that went beyond failed ideology of Communism as W.J. Rayment points out:
“Burnham’s thesis . . . was the growth of liberalism and its complete blindness to death, cruelty and injustice perpetrated by leftist regimes. In 1964, as today, it is very easy to see how a thinking person might see the intellectual drift to the left as a move toward societal suicide. For liberalism is a cry for the supremacy of general good intentions over the practical application of common sense. Burnham said that liberals are often driven by ‘profound non-rational, often anti-rational sentiments and impulses.’ Ideas like the welfare state and leniency on criminals to facilitate rehabilitation may have sounded good coming out of the mouth of a liberal, but they were disastrous in practice.
“Burnham’s book . . . was in effect a warning that leftward drift would ultimately destroy all affluence and freedom in the world.”

Reset’: How Netanyahu Stood up to Obama–and Won
The mainstream American media are grading President Barack Obama’s trip to Israel as a win, after just a few hours of events and meetings. And it is a success thus far–even without the grade inflation from the “incestuous” American press (in the words of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu). Yet the media are missing the real story: Obama’s apparent “reset” on Israel is a win for Netanyahu, who stood up to him–and prevailed. The most important sign of that shift was the public green light Obama gave Israel Wednesday to attack Iran preemptively, if necessary, to prevent it from developing nuclear weapons:
"And there is not a lot of light, a lot of daylight between our countries assessments in terms of where Iran is right now. I think that what Bibi alluded to which is absolutely correct is each country has to make its own decisions when it comes to the awesome decision to engage in any kind of military action….But we do have to test the proposition that this can be resolved diplomatically. And if it can’t, then I’ve repeated to Bibi what I’ve said publicly, and that is is that we will leave all options on the table in resolving it."

"An elective despotism was not the government we fought for; but one in which the powers of government should be so divided and balanced among the several bodies of magistracy as that no one could transcend their legal limits without being effectually checked and restrained by the others." --James Madison, Federalist No. 58, 1788
