Explaining Romney’s Surge

Thursday night’s debate between Biden and Congressman Paul Ryan went according to the super-secret plan of Karl Rove to not only defeat but deeply embarrass the Democratic Party. Rove had previously arranged for President Obama to take two Ambien before the first debate. Not even a maniacal, all-powerful Rove could be blamed for the Democrats decision to attempt to cover-up the details of the terrible tragedy in Benghazi or the serial malfeasances before or after the attack of 9/11 that killed Ambassador Chris Stevens and three other Americans –Glen Doherty, Sean Smith and Tyrone Woods. The collapse of the president in the first debate and the implosion of the vice president in the second were mere political misfortunes, but the murders in Benghazi were horrible personal tragedies and a national nightmare. That Obama spokesperson Stephanie Cutter then politicized the deaths by blaming the attention paid to them on politics rather than on the trauma of a shocked nation left her radioactive and forever branded as the operative willing to say anything. These are the events that changed a nation’s mood and the election that is to be held after the shift.

Pastor Rebukes 'Passive, Coward' Churches

Pastor Shane Idleman is all too aware of the moral decline he sees in the United States and he's speaking out about it. But what irritates him is the cowardice he finds in many churches when it comes to tackling "hot button" issues. "I'm sick and tired of the passive, lukewarm, coward church doing nothing and saying nothing because it offends people. Yeah, it's a hot button, absolutely. But if the truth doesn't come from here (church), where does it come from?" he posed during his Sunday sermon at Westside Christian Fellowship in Lancaster, Calif. Idleman wasn't afraid to be blunt as he joined hundreds of other pastors throughout the country in preaching on politics just ahead of the November presidential election as part of Pulpit Freedom Sunday.

Black Religious Leaders Spending $1 Million to Defeat Obama  By Giacomo

Under Obama, the issue of race has become more divisive and seems to be returning to times past.  Economic and employment opportunities for blacks are worse than they were four years ago, yet many blacks continue to support him because his skin is dark and they got free cell phones. However, more blacks have taken notice of what Obama has done since taking office and they aren’t happy.  God Said is a new non-profit group that has announced their major goal of stripping at least 25% of the black vote from Barack Obama in this year’s election. Why? One of the founders of God Said, Apostle Claver Kamau-Imani told The Daily Caller: “The black community is among the most religious in America, and we are offended that President Obama has announced his support of same-sex marriage, that the NAACP has blindly supported the secular views of the Democratic Party, and that their national platform plainly supports same-sex marriage.  I am confident that this message will be well received and acted upon on Election Day.”

What They Told Us: Reviewing Last Week’s Key Polls

The math is pretty simple: The Big Three are Florida, Ohio and Virginia. It is virtually impossible for Mitt Romney to win the White House without winning at least two of the three, and right now he’s ahead by two in Virginia and has widened his lead in Florida to four.  If Romney wins all three states, he is likely to win the election. President Obama can keep his job if he wins two out of the three, and the president is still holding on in Ohio where he leads by one.  Yet while many pundits have suggested that the president’s reelection campaign is in free fall since his subpar debate performance, Scott Rasmussen argues in his latest weekly syndicated column that it’s not quite that simple. “The reality is that a very close race shifted ever so slightly from narrowly favoring President Obama to narrowly favoring Mitt Romney."  Don’t let the pundits’ preoccupations fool you, Scott warns. “If nothing changes in the real world, the race will remain close until Election Day.”

Obama Throws Hillary Under The Bus – Clintons Furious by Tim Brown

It appears that Barack Obama is ready to let Secretary of State Clinton take the fall for the failure in security in Benghazi. During the vice-presidential debate on Thursday it became clear that is what the agenda was. There is no doubt that is part of her responsibility in that role. It seems that there is a legitimate reason for the Obama administration to throw Clinton under the bus on this one and it seems that everyone is on board with it, including Vice President Joe Biden. Barack Obama has taken some initiative to protect his Attorney General Eric Holder, though it is possibly because of his own involvement in Operation Fast and Furious. It’s quite possible that Clinton is the one that not only knew of the need for extra security for the Libyan ambassador, but that she made the decision to not provide it.

Barack Obama’s “firsts” as President of the United States:

• ·       Let’s just begin with the fact that only three times, in all the years since D-Day 1945, that a President failed to go to the D-Day Monument that was built to honor the soldiers killed during the Invasion.

• ·       Obama is the first President to sue states for enforcing immigration laws passed by Congress.  This one by itself is perhaps the most insulting of many of them. It shows that Obama has no respect for the law, even as it is written by the very Congress he is supposed to assist!

• ·       Obama is the first President to see America lose its status as the world’s largest economy. Under Obama, our nation has borrowed much more than it has made

• ·       Obama is the first President to redistribute $26.5 billion of the taxpayers’ funds to his union supporters in the UAW (United Auto Workers). Now does Obama’s ideology of “redistributing the wealth” hit a nerve here?

• ·       Obama is the first President to threaten an auto company, Ford Motor Company, after it publicly mocked bailouts of GM and Chrysler. (Source: Detroit News)  Obama did in fact threaten Ford, but this company looked at him and laughed because they did not need a bailout and they refused to abide by the Obama rules!

• ·       Obama is the first President to attempt to bully a major manufacturing company into not opening a factory in a right-to-work state (Boeing’s facility in South Carolina). This is one of Obama’s “firsts” that did make big news mainly because South Carolina refused to bow down to the tyrant Obama!

• ·       Obama is the first President to endanger the stability of the electric grid by shutting down hundreds of coal-fired plants without adequate replacement technologies. This is where Obama has gone way too far with his powers not given to him by anyone! Obama stated just before his campaign for President, “Electricity rates would necessarily skyrocket.”

• ·       Obama is the first President to have his EPA repudiated by a federal judge for “overstepping its powers” when they attempted to shut down coal operations in Appalachia (Source: Huffington Post)  Here again, Obama was using the people he appointed to do his evil doings. This truly hurts the very people that Obama said he wants to help!

• ·        Obama is the first President to have his Interior Department held in Contempt of Court for Illegally Obstructing Oil Drilling in the Gulf of Mexico.  Here is where Obama thought he could edge out the oil industry in Louisiana by shutting them down after the BP oil spill. Obama does not worry about laws.  

• ·       Obama is the first President to lie repeatedly to the American people about the murder of a U.S. Ambassador and three other diplomatic personnel for purely political reasons. It is no wonder that Obama did, in fact, make up the huge lie about some stupid movie clip that had been out since around June. Obama did not want the people to know that these men were murdered on September 11, 2012. This would have obviously caused problems for Obama since he has claimed that Al-Qaeda is on the run. Obama is the first President to openly defy a congressional order not to share sensitive nuclear defense secrets with the Russian government.(Sources: ABC News, Rep. Michael Turner).

• ·       Obama is the first President to leak highly classified military and intelligence secrets to Hollywood in order to promote a movie that could help his re-election campaign.

• ·       Obama is the first President to press for a “treaty giving a U.N. body veto power over the use of our territorial waters and rights to half of all offshore oil revenue.” (The Law Of The Sea Treaty).

• ·       Obama is the first President to golf 105 or more times in his first three-and-a-half years in office.

This concludes the lists of “firsts” by Barack Hussein Obama. It must be noted that since the September 11, 2012 terrorist attack at Benghazi, Obama has lied about the incident and has not, as of yet, made an accurate statement about the attack. Obama will not come out and say that this was due to Al Qaeda. He has tried to blame this on some video clip that was not even a factor in these attacks by the terrorists! How can we as a nation vote for an individual who has lied, been a coward about exposing facts, and been so detrimental to our nation, a nation Obama had taken an oath to uphold and defend its Constitution, while he has done all he could to destroy what he swore to protect.  What More Do You or Anyone Else Need!

Obama Iran Deal to Halt Uranium Enrichment?

Iran could announce a temporary halt to uranium enrichment before next month’s U.S. election in a move to save Barack Obama’s presidency, a source affiliated with high Iranian officials said today.

The source, who remains anonymous for security reasons, said a three-person delegation of the Obama administration led by a woman engaged in secret negotiations with a representative of Iranian Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei. The delegation urged the Iranian leader to announce a halt to enrichment, even if temporary, before the Nov. 6 election, promising removal of some sanctions.

Catholic Bishops issue response to Biden claims

The U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops (USCCB) issued the following statement, October 12. Full text follows:

Last night, the following statement was made during the Vice Presidential debate regarding the decision of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) to force virtually all employers to include sterilization and contraception, including drugs that may cause abortion, in the health insurance coverage they provide their employees: "With regard to the assault on the Catholic Church, let me make it absolutely clear. No religious institution—Catholic or otherwise, including Catholic social services, Georgetown hospital, Mercy hospital, any hospital—none has to either refer contraception, none has to pay for contraception, none has to be a vehicle to get contraception in any insurance policy they provide. That is a fact. That is a fact." This is not a fact. The HHS mandate contains a narrow, four-part exemption for certain "religious employers."

That exemption was made final in February and does not extend to "Catholic social services, Georgetown hospital, Mercy hospital, any hospital," or any other religious charity that offers its services to all, regardless of the faith of those served.

Chaffetz: No One Mentioned Video to Me in Libya by Tim Brown

U.S. Representative and member of the House Oversight and Government Reform Subcommittee Jason Chaffetz traveled to Libya and upon returning made it known that the video that was blamed for the Benghazi attack was never mentioned to him while he was there. Chaffetz believes there was a “coordinated effort” between the White House and the State Department to scale down security precautions in Libya prior to the attacks on the consulate.
